Ask for a job estimate so there are no surprises. I say this as a result of many contractors in the past. Yes: professional in answering calls. Yes: arrived in record time literally hours.

Joe explained everything he was doing in detail, and in a way a non-plumber could understand. he was done much quicker than I expected, I asked about other jobs I was interested in doing and I felt that the estimates he gave me were very reasonable. I will be calling them again for other jobs I have on my to do list. Even My dog liked him.
