Tech came out and explained the problem. He fixed it and was very helpful.

I called Rich Heating and Sewer, when our sewer line started leaking into the basement. His team arrived on time, the same day I called, and rather than performing unnecessary work, they spent 15-30 minutes trying to reproduce the issue. When they were unable to reproduce the leak, they ran a scope to confirm there was no blockage then asked questions about what could have caused the problem. They then hypothesized it was a soft clog and offered maintenance tips. Their troubleshooting saved me hundreds of dollars and our plumbing has been issue free since.

They were ok, but i had a bad experience, they broke something and then wanted to charge me more for it, at the end i needed to call the office, and repaired it for free but was not a good experience

I had most of the valves at my home replaced including the ones surrounding the meter to bring the house up to code. I was told by other plumbers that the first valve was installed too close to the basement wall and couldn’t be changed. The Rich technician was able to replace it and completed my job in a professional and timely manner. Also, the company worked cooperatively with me to complete the task as soon as the water company turned off the water and I was able to have the water service restored the same day. However, I was disappointed with one of the company’s contract terms which was ambiguous and they refused to change it when I asked them to do so.
