I got 2 bath faucets leak, 45 minutes after my call Tom was there and everything was done in an hour. 1 year warranty - sounds good

He was polite, office was prompt. I would use him again. I like the free estimate. Somebody always answers the office phone.

Called to finish installing a leaking ball valve. They were very nice, but arrived 3 hours after quoted time. They charged $125.00 to solder the valve closed. An additional estimate for other work was very high.

The service was first rate. The plumber, Tom, that they sent did an excellent job and took the time to explain everything that he did. I would definitely hire Rich's Plumbing again and would specifically ask for Tom.

the young man who came to do the work, Tom was polite and professional. He answered all my questions and did not become impatient with them. Now adays it is good to find people who care.

They came when they promised, they called before they came and they cleaned up after job finished.

Removing the old faucet proved to be much more difficult that at first thought - but eventually problems overcome! Contractor installed and cleaned up and kept to original estimate even though project took a lot longer. I had cheaper estimates but contractor paid a visit to preview the project and informed me of potential pitfalls. I was convinced that he knew what he was talking about and happy that I made this choice! Arrived on time and did a great job! Thanks

They were prompt. The tech, Luis came in and not only explained thoroughly what the problem might be caused by, advised on how it can be repaired and gave me an estimate 1/2 the price of the prior tech who checked out the water heater. but he also found a way to side step the issue and leave me with the unit working until I can get the part needed to be replaced. I would definitely refer to Rich's before any plumbing company in the future! Thanks Luis!

They responded rapidly and fixed my shower faucet which was leakng, my bathroom sink faucet which was leaking, the sink drain mechanism and replaced a faulty exterior faucet. All are holding up well and I would hire Dennis again.

Called me promptly and arrived promptly.

For the amount of time it took to complete the job I felt it could have been a little overpriced.

I am pleased with the Job that Rich's Plumbing Co. did. I plan to use them in the future. They showed up on time and did an excellent job.
