Rich is really nice and reliable! Replaced our sump pump perfectly and explained to us all we need to know. Also fix our water heater and A/C in addition. Great service!

Buyer Beware! This company will sneak hidden fees into your estimate. I hired them to do a job based on the invoice that they provided. I purchased all materials for the work separately and they were only charging for the service but somehow they still managed to jack up the price with hidden fees. When I questioned the plumber about the extra cost, he said that he forgot to put in it in the invoice before. What a joke.There are other plumbers, I suggest that you find one that will be honest and upfront about the cost. This company is not that. 2 thumbs down.

They ask for 3500 to put in a water heater and did not want to explain why it was so much. Guy told me I don't give a breakdown of my pricing

The work was timely, professional and complete

The main office was quick to respond. They scheduled a plumber to come that afternoon between 2:00-4:00pm, and texted me the name of the plumber who would be coming! Nicholas showed up on time, not only gave me an estimate for the job, but was able to do the work right then. This was a small job, and it was not an emergency, so getting a plumber in was difficult (I already had two plumbers do a no-show on me). I did feel the price was high, but I was thankful to have someone reliable show up and do the work. Nicholas was quick, and neat. I am very happy with the work done, and I would call them again.
