They did the plumbing work but charged too high.

He did good Job but the Rate is expensive. He spent 10 Minutes to fix the faucet and the charges are very high.

There was a scheduling issue & they didn t come during the scheduled time frame but came later. Tomac stayed until he was able to finish the job. He was personable & knowledgeable. We have another job coming up & we will call on them again!

The work was done quickly and efficiently but the person who came home was delayed. I had to call 2 separate times to ask about the arrival of the person. I waited for more than 4 hrs. The plumber was very nice just late. I will use or recommend this company.

The worker from Rich's heating and sewer service came in accessed the problem told me exactly what the issue was quoted me and went right to work. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and was very professional and curtious. I woukd definitely call again for their plubming expertise.

Its mixed feeling with this sump pump experience. almost 50/50. I start with the good: customer service is good, respond fast and send out technician fast. and when they didn't fix a problem, they will come out again. The bad: The problem is still not fixed. when they first came to look at my overfilled sump pit, a check valve was replaced. The pump seem to work at that moment (while being worked on by the technican). then a week later the pit is filled again and I was told it needs a new pump. now I wonder if we really needed to replace the check valve and if that did anything. So I got their quote without actually replace the pump. The value: to replace the check valve seem a small thing and I was charged $200 for that - maybe this is how much it should cost I don't know. Bottom line I will probably ask a second opinion with a different plumber to see if the whole thing make sense and get an idea how to fix the problem and how much it would cost elsewhere.

3 times I have organised for these people to fix my boiler. They have turned up twice, both of those times over an hour late - no apology for being late from either the workers or the receptionist, and no apology when I told them I was disappointed with the level of service. Any way I have paid them $1400 and my boiler is still not working. Currently trying to get the money back. Would not recommend to anyone.

The service from Richs Heating and Sewer was outstanding. Very professional, fast and friendly. Higly recommend.
