I hired them for a emergency situation. The handles on the shower were not working. The came and quoted me one price which was way out of line to start. It was about 90mins to 2 hours of work for $450.00. It was then discovered that he needed a part that he did not have with him and had to run to supplier and due to the the price was increased by $100.00 totaling $550.00 which was crazy to me. But this is what happens when there is an emergency.

Service was scheduled between 1:30-3:00, and at 3:20 I received a call that they wanted to reschedule for another day! I said no and insisted they come that day since someone had already stayed home all afternoon. They did show up (at 8pm) and they work was done satisfactorily. Although I was disappointed with the scheduling issue, I would use them again.

Called promptly, came as promised and resolved our plumbing issue for a reasonable price. Would def. recommend.

After I applied for an emergency work request , the office person called me in a timely manner and the plumber (Lorenzo) arrived at my home at the time provided. Lorenzo was friendly and he was very knowledgeable. I was very happy to have my plumbing repair work completed in about 2 hours, and that included the time he had to take to get a part from the supply store and clean up. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them again to replace some old fixtures in my bathroom.

The technician was very knowledgeable, courteous , and neat. The work he did was excellent. Some of the pricing was fair , some was somewhat on the very high end. They did come very quickly and got the job done without dragging it out.

I felt the quote I got was very fair for the work being done. The plumber performed the work quickly and took the time to explain what the issue was and walked me through the repair. I called Rich's to install new toilet and sink - but decided to repair instead of purchase. Rich's came out gave me the estimate on the cost and repaired the toilet and sink. The young man did an excellent job. He explained what needed to be done and worked to make sure the toilet flushed properly since it was somewhat outdated. Excellent work, very professional and I will definitely use Rich's Plumbing again.
