Very expensive Good job but I think I could have done it cheaper with someone else

I was surprised by this company and the tech that came. Carmine showed up as promised. Not only did he do a great job but you could tell he enjoyed his job. He was pleasant and professional. Rich s Plumbing will be who I call for any future plumbing work.

Appointment was made the same day I called. George was very professional and thorough. The price was affordable and service was excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Lorenzo was my service technician. He was professional and knowledgeable about the issue I needed addressed. He did an excellant job and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was complete.

Very responsive and professional. I had a leak from kitchen ceiling which needed to be looked at right away. These guys scheduled a visit same day and got the ball rolling. Explained the process with restoration company. Make another visit right after restoration company had come and opened the Sheetrock. Within 30 minutes they found the source of the leak, fixed it and ensured there was no secondary leak. Great people to work with.

Prompt and professional. I would recommend over much more expensive competitors in the area.

I will never call them again. First, 2 men came and stayed 10 minutes, and all they did was to change the batteries in the thermostat. It did not solve the problem. The second call, 2 men came and found a wire shorted. Stayed about 50 minutes and charged me 200.00 plus the 91.00 I paid the first 2 men. That is about 200.00 per hour. Way over priced. Beware people, do not call.

I had a leak in my toilet. Nelson showed up on time and was extremely personable. He diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me and did a little extra to make sure I wouldn't have this problem again. I would definitely recommend Rich's. The customer service was excellent!
