Arrived on time. The estimate was better than expected so I had Lorenzo install a second faucet during the service call. He completed both installations in a timely fashion and left nothing behind to clean up. The biggest perk was he saved me from trying to get underneath the sinks to do the installs myself!!! Would definitely recommend it.

I would definitely recommend Rich s Heating & Sewer. Nelson was professional and pleasant. He cleared my clogged drain quickly and cleaned up afterwards. The price was a little more than I was quoted by a plummer friend in the Tri-State area, but I now have a plummer close by and will definitely use Rich s again.

I had a heating issue that needed fixing before this cold snap. I knew the issue I had wasn't an overly difficult fix, but finding the right company is always a bit of a challenge, as none of us want to get taken advantage of. After a bit of research and reading reviews, I hired Rich's. They sent Dan and Louis and I couldn't be happier with the work they did. They were fast, efficient, and professional. And best of all, when they quoted me the price of the fix, I felt it was very reasonable and I didn't have that uneasy feeling of getting taken. 5/5 for me and would definitely hire again. The 2 guys were very professional and friendly. The lead guy explained what needs to be done and made suggestions to avoid a reoccurrence.

My boiler was not working. I was able to get an appointment right away. The technician (Tom) was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and showed me the part that was bad. Tom went and got the part I needed, returned and had the job completed within 30 minutes. I would definitely call them again.

I called fairly late in the evening, they were able to dispatch a technician to my home same day. My problem was not an easy fix, the tech explained things thoroughly providing all options. The tech was amazing courteous, informative and fixed the issue cleaned up and was on his way. Highly recommend them!!
