They replace a bathroom sink faucet and on/off water valves for that same sink. Very professional and neat. Quality work. Lorenzo is very friendly and informative. I'm hoping they will be the plumber I use all the time.

I just bought a house and am discovering some of the things that were neglected by the previous owner. When I was finally able to get a washer and dryer installed, we discovered the water valves for the washer leaked, so I looked on Angie s List and found Rich s. They sent George out the next morning. The experience got more adventurous when we found that the shutoff for the house didn t work particularly well either, so he fixed both things for me, same day, took nearly no time at all. Clean and efficient.

Very Prompt! Always professional. Had to come back after first assessing the problem with my shower. Returned as promised and repaired it.

Overcharged us by over $100 for a water regulator install. Plumber did not seem very knowledgeable and thought I forgot to buy a part when I didn t. Wouldn t recommend.

Good service, professional but a bit expensive. Technician was courteous and professional and did a great job.

The service was AWESOME and the quality of the work was GREAT!! The guys who came in were very professional and nice and informative. It was just a little too expensive. To glue a pipe that was lose I was charged $230...no replacement just glue. But, other than being on the pricey side I do think they are good.

Richâ s Plumbing responded as promised quickly found the problem acquired the necessary parts and completed the job in very short time.cleaned up the area and the charge was reasonable. I was very satisfied with the transaction. C W Ward

I called Rich's Plumbing today because I have been having issues with my heating system that I just had installed a month ago. The pipes are making a lot of noise (e.g. tapping and clicking noises). They gave me a two hour window for this afternoon however did not make that window period and instead called to tell me they were running behind. Once they came I told them what has already been done so that they could focus on trying other things to get rid of the noise. I watched the technicians look at my system release and lower the pressure and then they proceeded to tell me that should work. I told them my system had already been flushed so I knew that would not work. I also knew that the system was too high and releasing the pressure would also not work. In the end I spent $100 for no resolution. The noise is still here....they did not even check to see if they had resolved the issue before leaving. I would not use this company again nor refer them to anyone. 12/6/2019 After posting this review they did call me to discuss, I do appreciate the additional dialogue on the issues I am having with my system. A potential resolution was also given so I am adjusting my initial rating based on this.
