I will try and make this shortly. I had RICH'S PLUMBING come out on 1/3/20 to locate a leak from the 2nd fl bathroom damaging the 1st fl bathroom ceiling. The tech (after convincing him to search further) changed the tub's diverter which appeared to have stopped the leak. Wrong! 30 mins later the drip appeared from the diverter (and behind the wall, noticed later). The tech came back, looked, called his boss and they gave me 2 options, 1st contact Delta and they will send the part free of charge, or RICH'S can purchase it and charge me for the part only. Trying to save a buck I chose option 1. Anticipating a quick delivery, I made an appt for 1/08/20. The tech showed but the part didn't. By then the drip turned into running water. So I said, buy the part and I'll pay for it". This tech told me his office said he had another job and had NO TIME. Finally the part arrives on Sat, I make an appt the tech shows on 1/15/20 and says it's the wrong part and they'll have to order one from their supplier. A week later, and I'm livid,I called to find out the status, I'm told nothing yet maybe Thurs or Fri. I called Fri and was told the supplier just received 2 skids and they'll let me know if it's on it and I'll receive a call by the end of the day eitber way still waiting on that call. Called another company, they said they would be out in on Sunday. They showed. Turned the water off, left, came back, and had it fixed all in less than TWO HOURS.

It was a tiny expensive. However I had phone problems and didn t hear the ring when they called to schedule the tech. They called me 4 times. I finally called them and the tech was here within an hour. That s good customer service. The work is done, very clean and polite. I ll hire them again.

The technician/plumber, whose name I believe was Carmen, was very polite, explained everything he was going to do, made efforts to protect the jobsite and was very professional.

I went through HomeAdvisor in the evening and heard back from them within a couple of minutes after requesting a quote. They came the next morning before 9 and the work was done very quickly by a very nice young man named Carmine. The job just consisted of replacing two shower heads that I was not able to do since I'm an elderly man. I highly recommend Rich Plumbing

Company was responsive when we reported a water line leak from a pipe in an inside wall. Carmine quickly diagnosed the likely cause, was spot on and promptly replaced the leaking pipe section. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!
