Very professional. Arrived at the time allotted and completed the job on a timely basis. Tom did a great job.

I had a leak behind the kitchen sink inside the wall. Got several estimates but Rich's estimate was very reasonable. So "let's do it". However the leak was behind the countertop. SMH. Additional price was reasonable but hurt. Tech was very knowledgeable, without hesitation did what he had to do, problem fixed. Period. I will use their services again. Thanks Carmine.

Nick did marvelous job. He knew right away as soon as I showed the water damage on my ceiling. He replaced the spout on the bathroom shower. I will hire them again for future projects.

Not much, First contact. The person was quite amicable, and took on something he was not expected to do-installing a broken(noisy) garbage disposal. We pulled him away from what he came for, and did a fine job! (I will let you know after the Warrantee runs out !! Bob

What a pleasure, I am old so you can excuse me for saying "2 really nice young men, spoke beautifully and did a very fine job. My basement is now not so terrifying a place (I kept expecting to have burst pipes in the basement.) I put in a request, they arrived as they said they would, came in 2 days later and did a fabulous, clean, job.

When you have an emergency and someone comes to your rescue you know that they are good people

Work warranty could have been more, 14 days warranty is a very short period of time span. Everything is nice and excellent work done.

The sealing job on the tub faucet was not done well. I called to have someone come and redo I did not receive a response.

The serviceman is very prompt. But a little too careless. 1). He had to come back twice, the first day. he did not turn on the hot water afterward, and after I called him back, he had to come back right after to turn the hot water back on. 2). The pip starts leaking again 3-4 hours after initially he finished seal the leaking pipe of my washer. He came back the next day to redo the work. 3). He came back again on Tuesday, (after I used my dryer and found out I did not have any heat coming from my dryer.) He came back to turn on the gas valve. A nice person but did a very careless work, it was an very stressful experience for me.

Came it out right away, took care of my leak. Did an awesome job, definitely would recommend :)

346 dollars for the job and it was not fixed. Roof vents were snaked out and the issue is still there. There should have been another step (such as using a water bladder) to help loosen the clog or a cutter. The step recommended would be at least 1800.00 dollars. Not happy.

Very competitive pricing!! Priced against 2 other companies. My furnace went shorty after hot water heater. PSE&G Worry Free told me furnace had to be replaced. I called several plumbers for quotes and again Rich s came in competitively. They replaced furnace. Both experiences with different plumbers, very professional and explained everything to me and even answered all my questions!! Thank you Rich s!! Being a female, some folks try to take advantage. I appreciate your honesty!!

The scheduling was great, they were willing to work with me and come when most convenient for ME. The tech arrived when I was told he would. He was polite, courteous, and professional. He showed mw exactly what was wrong and went about the business of repairing efficiently. Very happy and cost was reasonable.
