They were quick to send someone out to us for a leak under our kitchen sink. Carmine was our technician and he went above and beyond to explain everything to us. Would highly recommend !

fixed a leaky water spigot and checked all my others. Did not push any unnecessary repairs on me, which is much appreciated. Completed work in the same visit. Will use them again!

The technicians were very good, they knew exactly what they were doing, were able to analyze the issue & perform the work fast. The techs were also very polite & explained to me what had to be done. We had a horrible leak with the kitchen sink and they sent this great guy Carmine. He went above and beyond and did an amazing job for a great price. I will def be using them again and asking for Carmine to do the work. A real pro.

Good service. Could not remedy the problem, but provided options to fix. I did what they recommended and it is now fixed.

Called about a leak issue at a rental condo. They responded immediately and arrived within an hour on a Sunday during quarantine. It was a simple problem and was fixed right away. Blown away at how good the customer service was. I didn't see the work that was done but the tenant told me it was good and the service provider was nice.

Rich s Heating & Sewer was very responsive and on time. The guys were really nice and so far it seems they did a great job on the toilet install. The only issue is I had to pay for a diagnostic that ended up not being the reason for the leak. I finally got in touch with my normal plumber to fix the issue. I will say it did take my plumber 2 hours to figure out where the leak was coming from. I am just annoyed I had to pay a fee for an incorrect diagnostic.
