They were very pleasant to work with. Customer service was great. They gave a 2 hours window, and before the plumber arrived they called me to let me know 15 minutes ahead of time. Also, the moment the plumber arrived he was respectful and explained the costs as the job progressed. He was very professional, accommodating and great work. He didn't have a part on his truck but he reached out to his colleague who came over to help him and bring the parthe needed. No time wasted. Really good experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Tony came to my home on Monday to check out a weird noise I was hearing & he took the time not only to investigate what was going on, but to show me what the issue was and why I was hearing the noise. While he was here we also found some water in my basement & he took extra care checking my French drain and pipes to see why. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me on something I didnâ t need, he was very honest & it was refreshing! Iâ m definitely going to use them again for any future plumbing needs - thank you!!

No issues with their work

I was unable to divert water from my bathtub to the shower. I called Rich's Plumbing and they sent Tony to me. Tony determined it would be best to go through the vanity and the sheet rock to access the faucets and the shower diverter. Tony did so, replaced the diverter, installed new faucets and shower head. Tony was prompt, courterous, clean, and professional. I would recommend Rich's Plumbing and ask for Tony again to help me with my plumbing needs.

Overcharged to replace a kitchen faucet and bathroom tub spout. Pro that came was really nice & professional but company charged me $800 to replace one faucet and one spout. Was told price to replace kitchen faucet was $500 because they needed to replace the pipes as well. Pipes were not replaced. They just cleaned my existing pipe off. Bathroom tub spout was replaced. Paid close to $300 because they had to cut a small piece of the pipe in order to fit the new spout on the pipe because the pipe was too long to fit it. Invoice receipt had no price breakdown (parts & labor) just total cost.

Wanted an estimate for replacing main water line but they never got back to me.

Rich's Heating & Sewer did the job and solved other issues I had with my plumbing. Excellent.
