Needed a toilet replaced . Carmine from Rich s came , gave estimate , removed old toilet , went out and purchased new one , installed it , and cleaned up . Very pleasant and professional . Quick service . And , was responsible wearing a mask and social distancing the whole visit . Would highly recommend .

First technician was a little condescending on my choice of sink fixtures, had trouble installing and then left without tightening the handles down. Second technician came out fixed and was courteous. Overall satisfied the work was completed.

I was a little disappointed the cost to snake the drain first cost so much. He was already here to do the camera work. Snaking should have been less
