Rich's sent out an expert, Justin, to diagnoses a more complex issue. Justin worked like a neurosurgeon - he was focussed, did not give up until he reviewed every detail and assessed the overall issue. He completed the work with high quality, professionalism and under more difficult circumstances. I also appreciate the office staff who promptly scheduled the expert to completed diagnostics and work and were very responsive to follow up issues. Thank you!!

The mechanic added frion, as there may be a leak, which we will discover later I suppose. Other than that nothing malfunctioning. Value for the money? I do not know what prion costs 385 dollars? My guess is as good as yours. That was my bill. Nice people however.

Installed a kitchen faucet. When I tried to use the neck popped off the base. Had to come back twice to get it right.

They are a honest and trustworthy company the young man saved me a lot of money because the men who came out first lied about the job tried to get me for thousands of dollars. I would tell anyone I know to use this company. I pray that God will continue to bless and keep them safe

Same day AC service was a real saver on a hot day. Pleasant and professional. Only reason it was not five stars is the price was above the typical costs I saw online, so pricing is hard to validate. I would use again.

The work got done, however the plumber was not very pleasant to work with. He was upset with his own company for giving me the price over the phone. Midway through without a faucet in my sink, he tried to say that the new Moen faucet was defective and that I should have ordered the part from them while packing up his things to leave. Then miraculously the faucet was not defective and I am glad that I was not left with a sink and no faucet, however I will not hire this company again.
