Frankly an eye-opening experience! Was quoted a sum of $202.00 includes Taxes, for a job that takes 10 minutes for a professional, which was what it took the technician to complete. Had no other way out and had to have him complete the maintenance. I am disappointed with Home Advisor for offering such outlandish contractors.

Free Estimate and quick appointment. Asked them to call once they reach home. Technician came and about to leave without calling. My home sensor messaged me. Communication with the Technician was very straight forward and no polite/smiling. Not very rough but not polite either. Doesn't have patience and felt like he was in a hurry. Got the estimate and asked them to do the work immediately. Estimate is decent with 10% up and down comparing others. Very good in explaining but again not friendly/professional tone. He knows what he was doing and right to the core work, in and out in 10-15 mins. Great Technician but would have been better with some nice talking than aggressive. Would have been 5 star with little smile and patience. Called customer service and seems they are also very busy and rushed. Overall would recommend and satisfied just focusing on the work done but little things make a big difference with polite communication and the rating would be much much higher.

Called and set up appointment right away. Was able to come earlier. Checked my hot water heater. Fixed the issue. Did not need replaced right now but gave me an estimate for replacement so I can budget accordingly.

Came and fixed my AC right away! Called me almost the minute I hit enter on the Home Advisor website.

Carmine our plumber was very knowledgeable and courteous. Discussed options with us and we felt he provided good guidance. I will certainly use him for other plumbing projects in the future.

I highly recommend Rich s. My air conditioning stopped working after a power outage. They sent a tech, Justin, within an hour, and he was able to quickly resolve the issue. Good customer service all around.
