The repair for my steam heating system was done quickly by a well experienced plumber. He was very polite and professional. I would hire Rich's Heating and sewer again. Very satisfied customer.

Hired Rich's for replacing a kitchen faucet. They were very quick to come back with a quote and arranged for the crew to show quickly. After the installation, I realized something needed additional attention (a leak through the faucet). When I contacted them, they sent the crew back again quickly to fix it. I liked them quoting a fixed price upfront and completing the work with high quality.

I had a technician from AJ Perry who gave me very expensive and ONLY option to fix shower faucet. The sleeve in the shower faucet won't come out because its badly corroded so he said he has to open the wall and replace whatever etc. etc. Worth $2100 to fix!! Thank goodness the receptionist in Rich plumbing called ( i used homeadvisor) and scheduled the visit the next day. The technician came and started to work on it. He cut the sleeve, replaced cartridge w/o a hitch but for the life of him he can't put the faucet back correctly. The faucet opens to very hot water and turns to very cold. It was reversed. He said he hasn't seen anything like this. He had been in the house almost 3 hours so i told him that's okay reversed. We'll just try to live with it. When he left I called their office and asked them to fix this correctly by a different technician because this poor guy really tried and it won't budge. Two techs came the ff. day troubleshoot it immediately and fixed it . I'm happier. Very responsive company, good price, good service from receptionist to techs. I recommend

Riches heating and sewer quickly diagnose the issue and gave me three options for repairing it vary in price. The issue was fixed quickly and professionally. Great guys to deal with. Justin, my repairman, was great. Very friendly and helpful.

I paid $ 201. 53 for draining 1 bucket of water. Where the 1 bucket of water was draining suddenly it needs a new valve. but. it was just working.

They identified a problem with the unit and provided me with the needed information to contact the manufacturer

The technician arrived promptly, was very professional... taught me tips to use a new homeowner and completed the service in a timely manner. I will surely be using them again.

Paying $750 merely to reset a toile. This does not appear reasonable to me, but I was in a pinch.
