Just a little overpriced for what I needed

The tech they sent (Joe) was extremely knowledgeable, professional and so nice. He arrived approximately 2 hours after I put in a call to the company. I would highly recommend Rich's and Joe.

Hired Richs plumbing to fix a cast iron pipe with PVC. The workmanship was horrible. The work did not resolve the issue and the work was shoddy and the pipe was pitched in the complete opposite direction. When they wanted to resolve the original issue, they had the audacity to try and charge us more. Numerous attempts were made to amicably resolve this, but Richs plumbing did not respond.

They were great.

They came to install a new thermostat it needed a 24 V power supply I did not have won my boiler worked off 12 votes Detect mission connected A-line to the conduit for a common line it did not work any still charged me $90 the owner will not talk to me I would not recommend this company to anybody very dissatisfied very very dissatisfied.

$269 for under 30 minutes work changing a facet $20 part I feel ripped off big time

Initial inquiry was for an estimate, technician arrived and said it was $85 just to show up.. So I felt compelled to have him change shower handle which ended up costing $260!!
