Very competant and efficient

They installed an obviously broken dishwasher, and only noticed it after finishing the installation. When a new unit comes, they charged me more than $200 for reinstallation. I cannot blame them for malfunction of a unit, but for obviously having a break-off piece inside the unit, they should not install it in the first place.

Great service

Plumber arrived early, got right to work, gave us options and recommendations for fixing a loose toilet. Price was $100 below other local plumbers. Job was done quickly, neatly. Plumber had the tools and the knowledge to do the job right the first time. I recommend Rich's service to anyone with a plumbing problem.

they cancelled on me the first day due to other emergencies, but the second appointment they were late. that was wrong!!!! and luckily the guy was super nice otherwise i would have cancelled. treat all customers as an emergency and make their appointments. no customer should be better than the other. im paying my money too and i tipped. so stop !!!!

At about 5:00 pm, I requested service from Service magic and in about 10 minutes I received a call from Rich's Heating and Sewer Service. After explaining the job, I asked if they would come over and take a look at the job and give me a quote on the cost. In an hour, I had someone at my door and gave me a quote which I feel was very competitive. They came back and I was very satisfied with the job they completed. I would definitely recommend them to my friends!!!

Rich's contacted me within minutes of my inquiry online. I was at my office at the time and they said that they could have someone meet me at my home within 30 minutes. I rushed home to be there in time for the serviceman to arrive. I waited an additional 45 minutes at home and no one arrived. I called Rich's and they said that someone was still coming, but I had to leave my home and could not wait any longer. They said that they could have someone there early Monday morning, so I agreed. The serviceman showed up at around 9:15, quickly assessed the problem with my sump pump, gave me a reasonable price for a new one, and installed it.
