I recently had my kitchen renovated and the dust was every where, in every room. Maany came with her helper when they were done you wouldve never known that any room was effected. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

The girls were in communication a few times with me throughout the day, and even ended up coming a little sooner than expected which was welcomed. They came in like little tornadoes and got right to work! I paid a bit extra as you can see as I did a deep cleaning of each room, and one room extra deep as it was not so good. They did a great job and did it all in 2 hours. How, I have no idea, as I'd take about 3 weeks to do the same job! I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. Their pricing is a tiny bit misleading with their name being 10 bucks a room - however they are up front about all costs when you schedule your appointment. Pricing is on their website actually. Kitchen/Bath are 20 for normal cleaning while other rooms are 10. Deep clean of any room, you add 10.00 extra on top of the room price. Pretty simple.

The cleaning team is very professional and efficient. They do a good job and less work for me.

These people are really good, very professional and polite. Whatever you ask them to do, if they can do it, they will do it. I asked them to use pine-saw which wasn't a problem, when they come in they hit every spot. They clean the kitchen, fold the towels, make your bed, when I come back in you can tell there was a maid service here. It is a pleasure to have them in, they come in they are happy and they do what you ask, and they do a good job. I always ask for Maany I even recommend them to my other friends.

I'm giving an overall "C" because they were very punctual and professional. However, the cleaning was not the best. I had them work on a very dirty refrigerator (empty); for some reason, the door shelves weren't done and nothing was done to the freezer. It was much better but not what I considered clean.

They were right on time. Maany and one of her employees came in and did a quick tour of the place. Then they got right to work. Maany scrubbed the entire bathroom while her employee wiped down windowsills and baseboards. Then she carefully vacuumed each room. They worked on the kitchen together, they sprayed down the cabinets, drawers, counter tops, and appliances and scrubbed each one. Then they vacuumed the floors and mopped them. My only slight complaint is they did charge an extra $25 to clean the inside of the fridge and freezer. She did miss the freezer, but was quick to correct it upon discovery. We're very pleased with the results and we will be hiring them to clean our new place once we are settled in. Thank you, Maany!

I am extremely statisfied with the service that 10 bucks a room provides. The staff is always professional and do an outstanding job. I have called and had same day service. As a mother of 3 this service is a life saver. I recommend this company to all my friends and family.

unlike other cleaning services, there is no contract and no long term commitment required. the price is the same for everyone, so there is no need to waste time getting an estimate: $10 bucks a room, except the kitchen and master bath, which are $20. just add up your rooms, and that's what it costs. this is much less than i've had to pay elsewhere. they're great for quickie cleanings and do a sufficient job, just don't expect them to be completely thorough. the last time they were here no one bothered to vacuum the furniture or clean the crumbs from the toaster oven, which to me seems like pretty basic duties. they won't change the garbage bags unless you put new bags out, as they told me they are not allowed to open drawers or cabinets to search for supplies. they also don't move furniture. i also spotted some cob webs on a high ceiling, so you definitely need to point out things that need doing. it makes me a little nuts to have to point out the obvious, but they're in and out quickly and i also realize over the years that there is no one on the planet who will do as good a job as me. except i don't want to ...so here we are. the girls are friendly and trustworthy. i don't feel i need to stay in the house while they are here. they arrive as scheduled and it's fairly easy to get an appointment without much notice. if you have a specific date/time in mind, more advance notice will practically guarantee your spot.

I called to have my entire house cleaned. They were right on time and so nice. After they cleaned an area they asked me to check to make sure I was happy. I loved that it is a flat price. No visits for a quote and no hidden fees. I will definitely be calling again.

We called 10 Bucks a Room to clean the house we were moving out of, and scheduled the cleaning for the morning of the closing. Mani arrived on time to clean the entire house including three bathrooms and kitchen. She worked quickly and effectively, and the whole house sparkled by the time she was through. When we moved out of the apartment we had been living in temporarily several months later, we called again and Mani returned (along with another young lady) to do a general cleaning and also to steam clean the wall to wall carpeting. Within two hours, the whole apartment looked like we had never lived there. We would definitely use this service again. The work was done well and the cleaners are very pleasant to work with.

Maany and Jean did a super duper job! Folded towels and put everything in order for me! Put kitchen and bathroom, house smells great, vacuumed everything, cleaned pictures! My house is cleaner than when I moved in! They were nonstop cleaning and working! I'm as happy as a pig in mud! There is nothing I can complain about!

We bought a house and wanted it cleaned before we moved in. The house is and gt; 3000 sq ft. We required them to clean all the cabinets inside and out, all the vents, appliances, dusting, vacuum, bathrooms. 10 bucks said two women would do it in 4 hours. I didn't believe it was possible to do a good job with so few resources and time, and asked the person, Keith, to be sure. He assured me that the ladies were very efficient and had handled much larger houses before, and so we were set. But the cleaners didn't do a good job. They started off on the upper floor and progressed very slowly. After they were done upstairs we did a walkthrough and found several problems. For example, the master bath shower stall and potty area appeared untouched. I pointed that to Manny, and she coolly wiped a s*** stain from the toilet seat with a wet towel. When I showed her the glass blocks that are on one side of the shower stall still had soap scum, she wiped that with a cloth and that was it. Basically, the shower stall didn't appear to have been scrubbed at all. I expected the bathrooms would get cleaned with water, everything from the toilet to shower, tub, basins and the floor. However the impression we were left with was that everything was just wiped with some bathroom chemical or wet cloth. They wrapped up the downstairs quicker than upstairs (they started the house at around 6PM and doing a good job would have required them to stay at it until midnight, and return the next day, something that i think they either miscalculated badly or this is their normal modus operandi). Manny explained that the refrigerator was wiped only, without disassembly as they don't assume the risk with disassembly. However, cleaning the fridge that way is far from satisfactory, and doing a thorough job takes a lot longer, as we found out right after they left (yes, we cleaned up the refrigerator properly using the dishwasher and the sink with running water after they left that night and the following evening!). After they left, we found that several vents around the house were not cleaned, the study room was entirely left out, the rugs were not vacuumed, the stone floors in several areas (apart from the bathrooms) felt dirty (they should have been scrubbed with soap and water). All in all, over the next several weeks after our move-in, we have cleaned the house slowly ourselves (now about 85% done, maybe one more weekend of labor) and all along we cursed these cleaners for taking a significant amount of money from us and doing a shoddy job. Lesson learnt! In fact, we would have paid significantly more but getting the house scrubbed clean was very important to us! We were persuaded only by the reassurances by Keith on the phone about their quality of work and experience (he also mentioned they have 5-star rating on Angie's!), but I wish we'd heeded our common sense. I'd even voiced my skepticism to Keith about the ability of only two women and only 4 hours for the job and had told him that we didn't want to be disappointed afterward. Prior to this, we've had experience with house cleaners hired from craigslist for much smaller 1 and 2 bedroom homes, and for periodic/routine cleaning, and although we were never 100% satisfied with their work, we had tempered our expectations because we knew they were not licensed or trained professionals, just individuals looking for work. The work that we got from 10 Bucks did not meet even our past experience (probably because the load simply overwhelmed them).

they arrive on time and like they say, it's 10 bucks a room. what they don't tell you is a hallway is a room. the first time they were here a hallway included a stair case. but the second time it didn't. so a stair case became a room. a walk in closet is a room. a kitchen is a room, but since it's a kitchen they charge you for two rooms. i don't have a problem with this at all. the master bedroom is a room but the master bathroom is two; okay. whatever. the dining room is a room and so are the mud room and 1/2 bath. the other full baths are each a room. so every room is a room and counts as $10 EXCEPT hallways and stair cases which are each rooms, AND the kitchen and master bathroom also count as TWO rooms. got it? also, they have a $40 minimum. fine. you go over all the rooms you want cleaned when you schedule so they can give you a price. but you should make a note of what is discussed because when they arrive, you have to go over it all over again because the information apparently isn't shared with those doing the actual cleaning -and then they come up with a different price. if you have a large house, it gets to be a little too much work going over the details. BUT the job gets done for a very reasonable price. i also appreciate the fact that i can call and arrange service whenever i want. i'm not obligated to form a relationship where services are done every week, or bi weekly. it's very non committal. ...it's more like, i'll call you. i really like 10 bucks a room. the workers are friendly and trustworthy. so while i have trouble with commitment, i can agree continue using this service. ;-)

They came on time, very professionally did every room to our satisfaction. We were impressed ..

First call was immediately answered. Follow up call by their worker was also immediate. Estimate was done the same day. Planned a day and time. Arrived and quickly started work. Work was finished and cleanup was great. Very happy customer.

They were really good and arrived on time. They cleaned the house and also moved some furniture that the tenants left behind and put it in the storage. They were very organized and they did very good work. They speak several languages so that was easy for those who speak Spanish or Portuguese or English, so they could communicate with us. They also can paint your house inside and they do have several jobs that they can offer. We can also consult with them if there was anyone charging too much because the person who was in charge was a contractor. He was new in the business of cleaning. So if you were starting a new business you could contact him. He was really new right now in the area; I think they moved from Florida. They know a lot of thing about construction and how much money we have to spend or things we can do to improve our house, so they could give us advice about that. The price was average. I do not think they were cheap or expensive.

The girl came and cleanned/vacuumed the whole house and it looked great. The only problem was my appointment time was supposed to at 9:00 but there was some confusion and they came at 11:00. I didn't mind that they came later just wished I was notified that they needed to come at 11:00, it would have save me some time and frustration. But, at the end of the job, that little hiccup didn't cover up the good job that they did. My landlord was very impressed when he came for a walkthrough later that day!

They arrived on time and did a thorough clean of the unit. I was very impressed with the level of detail of their work and with their professionalism. I highly recommend them.
