It was not very well, they did not send 2 people. and she don't understand or speak English. She wanted to do things that shouldn't be done.

Always excellent.. been using 10BucksaRoom for a few years now for home and a tenant property and they're great. I recommend them regularly to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so. Maany and her team have become an extension of the family at this point and even when there have been a few changes in staff here and there, they've always hired professional and respectful people that our family has always felt comfortable with and there has always been a great feeling of trust and security with them, aside from the fast and high quality job they do... definitely a step above the typical random independent person or cleaning service in my experience....Two thumbs up! :)

Very well except they had no garbage bags, never heard such a thing from a cleaning service. Made things not ideal since it was an empty house

I would be more specific about where I would need to them to double check. Like under the furniture. They didn't get under some pieces of furniture I would have liked them to.

I have used 10 Bucks a Room for over 2 years for all of my household cleaning needs. They are efficient, reliable and professional. They helped me get into a cleaning routine and be able to maintain a clean house while working with 2 small kids at home. I have also had them clean my windows, appliances, flooring and other specialty projects. They cleaned hard to remove backing from an area rug that I thought had destroyed my hardwood floor. They were able to restore it to almost new condition without having to refinish. They are friendly, hard-working and always do a great job!

These ladies are awesome. Very nice, professional, affordable, and on time for a mobile service. I get a confirmation email the day before and a text message an hour before they show up. If they are running behind they will notify me. They are also very flexible with scheduling and understanding. Their work in the home is impeccable and they are usually done in a couple of hours. Even when they could only send 1 person, she was done in 2-3 hours and I have a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house with 2 large livings spaces in addition to the kitchen. They will even change your sheets for you. They come twice a month and if I needed a deep clean I can schedule that as well. I love coming home to a clean house. I recommend this company all the time.

They are great! Very thorough & efficient. Their prices are very reasonable & they offer flexible schedules. I highly recommend them.

It went really well! I was surprised at how thorough the girls were. it really takes a load off knowing I didn't have to worry about the cleaning. Will definitely be using them again!

Adequate. Due to a leg injury I cannot reach many places. She cleaned most of them but did not move any furniture. Vacuuming under the couch didn't come close. Too bad because the couch slides easily on my tile floor. Overall I got just barely what I paid for.

Awesome. Maany and her partner did an outstanding jon on the first and second floor. Plus cleaned the inside of the oven.

You really can't beat the price! Such a steal. I realize that since it is so cheap, they only really make money by having lots of customers so they can't spend a whole lot of time on any one house. Of course no one cleans your house as well as you do, I just wish there was a way to have a cheap price but a little more attention to detail (and availability). I wish the scheduling was easier. My schedule would fluctuate and sometimes so would theirs so there were times when I wanted them to come but they weren't available. Maybe if they expanded and had more cleaners. I would definitely use them again. I just don't want the hassle of trying to find a mutually agreeable time.

Cleaned a mostly empty house that needed a lot of scrubbing to prepare for new tenants. I had them do a deep cleaning in the bathrooms & they cleaned some appliances. They also shampooed the carpet in living room & hallway. They were very fast & efficient. The rugs came out beautiful!

10 Bucks a Room showed right on time and even called me to confirm they're on their way .When they showed,2 nice ladies and a gentleman greeted me at the door with all their cleaning equipment. The man was just there to assist with all their equipment to carry in ,I believe he handles their carpet cleaning,which I didnt know they offered that service,wish I would have known,I just had my carpets steam cleaned a little while back. Anyway,I have a 4 bedroom,2 bath home,they were finished in I guess around 2 hours..I'll say they were very efficient,did a heck of a job cleaning up my mess,even tidied up my kids bedrooms for me . I have used other companies in the past,they cost much more to clean and werent remotely close to as thorough as 10 Bucks ! 10 bucks is a professional cleaning service,nice looking company van,cleaning ladies wore uniforms,brought their own supplies which is a plus,they moved pretty quick and did a thorough job. I opted for the deep cleaning in my 2 bathrooms,both came our sparkling clean ! I highly recommend this service ! I give them a 2 thumbs up !

1) They wanted cash, was informed in beginning 2) They just mopped the floors , asked extra money to clean the windows , bathrooms and walls ... Very expensive and cleaning is not good as well ... will never use them

10 Bucks a Room is a great cleaning company! They do a great job with the everyday cleaning....They do it all from the floors, dusting, organization ect. My only complaint is scheduling with them....lol.....They try and reach all the surrounding areas so as a result my needs and their schedules conflict at times. As a result, I book them when I can! The girls are great and I've referred several of my friends who are either stay at homes mothers or p/time workers so they have a bit more flexibility. I am only available on the weekends so its tough to schedule. Thanks so much and I hope to see them soon!

As I stated I have 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms and a hallway and steps they would finish and gone in under 2 hours. You cant do a good job with that many rooms in that little time even with 2 people. I have 2 dogs and after vacuuming, my area rugs and steps still had hair on it each time. They missed other areas and my house did not feel or smell as clean as it should. I felt not enough time was spent in each room and felt they rushed through it all. I will say they were very nice, professional and punctual and did clean some things they said they usually don't, like an dog gate between my kitchen and dining room. But for the money I spent I was not satisfied with the outcome and will not be using them in the future.

They do a very good job for the price. You have to guarantee 4 rooms, that's the only catch. But I've had them come a few times and am always happy with the results.

Service was professional and punctual. The cleaning was good considering the price I paid. It is definitely a service to use if you want regularly scheduled cleanings. I wouldn't recommend for an initial deep cleaning.

I asked them to clean the house of a friend who is ill. They did a fantastic job. I was late getting to my friend's house to meet them, but they went in and got started and were almost done by the time I arrived. They cleaned out a lot of clutter and made it possible for my friend to relax and enjoy her bedroom. They were very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Did not go well. they always missed something very basic. Price changed all the time for the same service. Impossible to get a hold of them. Either on Her cellphone or on Angieslist message! She would always answer me last minute with the excuse that she had problems getting my messages through!!!

They confirmed our appointment for that morning (a Saturday), and they arrived early, which is always a plus for me, because that's how I make my first impressions, on punctuality. I showed them what needed to be done, and they went right to work while I stayed on my balcony, out of their way. The job took about an hour and a half. When they were done, I went inside and took a look aroun. They missed a few spots, which I pointed out and corrected, but overall, they did a good job for the price I paid. They vacuumed, dusted, scrubbed my ceramic tile floors, mopped my laminate floors, cleaned the kitchen counters and cabinets and appliances, cleaned all the baseboards. One minor issue I had was that they wanted to clean my bathroom with a non-bleach cleaner, and they told me I shouldn't use bleach, but I insisted that they use my bathroom cleaner, and they did. After I paid them, they thanked for my business. They left a few little nice things around the house (a rose made out of toilet paper, they folded the paper towel roll to make it look nice, sort of like how they do at the hotels). I'd definitely use them again, and the one thing I really liked about this company was that they scheduled cleaning jobs on weekends, not like the other leading cleaning company that only scheduled cleaning jobs on weekdays during business hours, which doesn't work for me at all. I'll definitely recommend this company.

This was my first time using 10 Bucks a Room as my cleaning service. Maany came with one other woman and both were professional, courteous and prompt. They were hired for the regular cleaning package. They did a wonderful job which took them about 2 hours, but a couple of things were missed, so I called Manny and let her know and she apologized and said will make it up to me next time, which I intend on hiring them again and having them come once a month. She thanked me for letting her know. Maany is a very nice and professional woman. I love the rose they make out of TP and wrap it around the tp role. Very nice touch!

Service went well and we were very pleased with work done. We plan to use device again.

Very professional service. On time and quick. Cleaned my rooms like I would have done. I have three dogs and their hair is everywhere. When they were done, there was not a hair to be seen. I already booked them to clean my entire house. All I can say is FABULOUS! Thank you Maany.
