The only reason we found out the septic was not working was due to it backing up. We then contacted Kevin and we just gave us lies after lies not to mention excuses. We then had to finish the septic on our own leaving us with paying out of our own pocket. I would not recommend him."

The company knew the issue with my septic system on the phone from experience of similar problems it was blocked laterals of the leach field. They were able to fix the problem for a reasonable cost in a day all compliant with the township. They were 5 times cheaper than another company suggested for the repair. They were able to jet the laterals whereas the other company quoted to replace the entire leachfield laterals. Would recommend any one with problems with pressurized septic system to contact this company first."

"To say we feel incredibly lucky and fortunate to have met Mr. Farley is an understatement - we had an extremely tricky buying process with our house that has a cesspool and if not for him it would *never* have even happened. He bent over backward at every turn to accomodate us, the lender, lawyers, etcetera. We even faced threats from an occupant of the home to which he was not perturbed - he was there doing his duty by us come hell or highwater. He worked through inclement weather and equipment failure to get the job on time. He has valuable connections with other working men that he can recommend as well as with the town which is so critical for special situations where you want the town on your side like we experienced. He is always professional and courteous and truly cares about those he is helping - even after the job was done Mr. Farley stopped by with gifts for my children (whom had taken a strong liking to him during his time here) as well as called to check on me to see how I was feeling due to being over 8 and a half months pregnant. "There was excessive heating in 2 of our bedrooms. Invited AJ Perri - after a lot of loud banging, the technician said that we need 2 zone valves that will cost us $800 each for a total of $1,600+$100 for installation. I was able to find it on amazon for $73 each and the technician confirmed that I was ordering the right ones. He said he'd come over after the valves arrive. We called AJ Perri to schedule a follow-up appointment and were told that they won't install items that they didn't sell us directly! Went online and read a lot about these scammers - they have been fined repeatedly by the state for consumer rights violations. Will be filing a lawsuit against them soon. No idea how they have almost 5 stars on Angi's list - must be buying reviews from non-customers. These people are worse than used car salesman."
