Yesterday I called Gsl before the storm came they didn't mind working in rain to fix my leak. Greg and Bryan their whole team worked so hard to make sure my home and my children felt safe. I can't thank them enough for coming in a rush. They are my go to guys. I will keep them on speed dial for all of my homes needs. Thank you so much Bryan and Greg and your whole team we all slept peaceful and dry knowing we have amazing people on our side who truly care about their clients. They treat clients like family and we all need that. You guys are truly a blessing 🤗 Bryan was very professional and friendly spent time explaining the issues and made me feel comfortable. After looking at all the reviews and getting a suggestion from Angie's for this business I was super excited to work with them. But I was disappointed that they are not transparent with their charges upfront. After speaking with Bryan and providing him the video inspection report and video, he told me he will look at them and get back to me with an estimate, he mentioned he will need to get his own video inspection done before he starts the job, which is fine, I get that. I told him I needed a quote just so that I can go back to the closing table and ask for monies in escrow or seller credit for the house closing and he said sure that is not an issue. I waited 2 days for a response and then followed up just to find out that he will charge me $200 for a quote. I understand that he is a superb business, but some business etiquette would be nice and transparency on the cost would be very much appreciated.

GSL saved my husband and I from a dire situation. The week before Christmas, we found our basement full of sewage back-up, and had no idea what to do. After getting an astronomical quote from another company, we were distraught, and left feeling like we either needed to sell our home, or go into a huge amount of debt. Enter Bryan, Greg and the GSL team. They replaced our main sewage pipe for a fraction of the cost. While doing this, they found a leak in our main water line, and replaced that as well, and we were still WAY under the quote we got from the other guys. Their team, not only fixed any and all issues, but made us feel safe and taken care of every step of the way, including the insurance claim process. We cannot thank GSL enough, they truly saved us. If you are looking for trustworthy, extremely knowledgable and affordable contracting/plumbing look no further! The team work together to do an amazing job with replacing my sewer both inside and outside of my house. They reviewed all of their payment options. They cleaned and replaced all of my landscaping. We are very very happy with the work that was done to replace our sewer.
