The job went very well. Nelson called before the appointed time to confirm. He and his workers arrived at the scheduled time. We discussed the jobs I wanted them to complete. Everyone got to work and all items were completed in a professional manner.. At the end of the time, I checked the work and found that everything was more than satisfactory. The people were pleasant and made a great effort to complete the tasks promptly and properly..I would definitely us them again.

They were friendly, very hard working and efficient but my husband had to go over some areas after they left as they weren't done well enough to leave. If we still lived in the area I would try them again and just tell them to be a little more careful and point out what was needed in more detail. Nice to work with and fair pricing.

Nelson and 2 of his employees arrived on time and did a great job cleaning all the areas we requested. It took about 3 hours. They went above and beyond with dusting and vacuuming the rest of the house. We are very happy with their professionalism and attention to detail. We won't hesitate to book them again.

From the very beginning, he was very unresponsive. You'll have to call 3-5 times and you're lucky if you get a response. He was a no-call no-show twice as well. The last time I tried to schedule him to come out, he called the day before saying that he wanted to come at 8 AM. I had asked him to call me back to reschedule since the time he wanted to come wouldn't work for me because my mom is elderly and she wouldn't be able to leave the room that early. I never heard from him. I had called, texted and even sent him a message on Angie's List. He finally responded to my message and said that he could not accommodate my schedule, even though I was very flexible. I've just decided that I am done trying to work with him. Respond To Service Provider 11.12.2019 You are right. I'm glad I have a cleaning now for two years. That are very reliable . Provider who used dispiriting comment, should not work with the public.

Emeli did an amazing job. I cannot believe how good my house looks! They brought extra crew members so they could complete the job faster. They did more work than I asked for, got my dirty bathroom floor gleaming and my hardwood floors spotless. My kitchen floor and counter look great. They dusted absolutely everywhere removing all the dust in the house. I am very pleased, I will be hiring them again soon and I highly recommend them.

Nelson's staff arrived right on time, were friendly, courteous and got immediately to work. They had an embarrassingly horrible job ahead of them. I was thrilled with everything that was done for me and have already rescheduled.

The worst problem of the house was the floors especially the floor at the entry way. I had tried in the past to clean it by buying a hoover deluxe floormate cleaner. I used that with the hoover floor solution but although it did get dirt off there was a lot left. Emeli got it a lot cleaner than I did. I was very pleasantly surprised. The only thing is it takes them time to work their miracles. I had hired them for 8 hours to do 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a living room and a kitchen and they needed another hour to do the Sun room and the laundry room which meant an extra $80.00. I have no experience with cleaning services so I don't know how much time they should take maybe cleaning takes a lot of time. I know they worked very hard and the results were very good.

Excellent work, doing much more than expected and with a greater scope of work completed. Very conscious of keeping me informed of time expected and arriving at that time. Very, very pleased. This was a professional organization that clearly was committed to pleasing us in every way. They arrived within the time frame that they said they would and they performed as a team in a very organized and methodical fashion. Bathrooms were done, floors, dusting, windows and even the 'fridge was cleaned out. The house smells terrific once again. We've had other "companies" out in years past but Emeli has outperformed all of them. We were so pleased that I've already asked them to come back on a bi-weekly basis. We can't recommend them highly enough.

I arranged a time on Wednesday between 2-3 pm. The service had not arrived and at 3:00 pm I called and was told they were on the way. At 4 pm I called again and was told they were stuck in traffic. I offered an alternate date at anytime in the afternoon on Thursday. This was not satisfactory to the company. Since the original time took a week to arrange, the company should have met their obligation or at least worked out something to meet my alternate date.

- did not take the time to explain what the cleaning would include -Did not clean the trim when specifically asked to. - in a BIG hurry - did not do quality service only superficial. - no explaining of products used - came 12 minutes after 9 am - too expensive for the service provided.

Nelson & Sandra showed up and cleaned my house from top to bottom I was so impressed with the work they did not only did they follow my instructions but they even did more! I am so pleased with the work they did and so relieved that I found such a reputable cleaning service I would recommend this company to anyone!!

Emeli Cleaning Service did an excellent job. Five people worked for 4 hours and have the place ready for our new tenants. In particular, the stoves and tubs that I thought were destined to be dingy are now sparkling. They did a great job deep cleaning our house and I will certainly hire them again in the future.

Excellent work. Above and beyond the normal cleaning duties. Three people came and cleaned the areas I needed, and cleaned elsewere until their time was up. Everything was spotless in no time. Very nice, easy to deal with. Hire with confidence.

I called and left a message to discuss services that would be provided, my call was promptly returned. On the day of services Nelson arrived with one employee and all supplies needed. I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of my house being cleaned, halfway through another worker ( Sandra) came to help, at this point I was asked to survey what was cleaned and if there was anything left undone or needed more attention, nothing was left undone. I decided then have services rendered every two weeks. It's been about two months now and I still don't have a complaint. Great job... I would highly recommend.

Working business partners Nelson and Sandra have been outstanding in every way. We have a beautiful 5000+ square foot home and they have been coming every week or every two weeks (we set the calendar in advance) - usually the two of them with one or two other staff and work 2+ hours. We have been using their services for over a year, and can confidently recommend them for top quality work, great communication, professionalism, friendliness, and trustworthiness.
