The quality of the work was very good.

Was able to do everything I needed........removal of wallpaper,spckling and painting,tiling shower and floor............I will use him again.

I hired Top Gold for a full bathroom remodel. Artur and his family were attentive, courteous and professional. The quality of the work was very good, especially the complicated tile work. The job involved ripping the walls to the studs, replacing a bathtub with a jacuzzi and rebuilding with wall and floor tiling. Artur provided all the necessary pluming and electrical contractors, so one fee covered everything. If I have any complaint, it is that the work took longer than he estimated. However the stunning quality of the work more than made up for the wait. There were on-site every day, so there was no down time. Just a very thorough and painstaking attention to detail. Altogether I would highly recommend them.

Mr. Laska, owner of Top Gold, always starts his sales pitch saying "I will treat your house as if it were my home". In that case, all I can do is wonder in what state his home must be. He was hired to do numerous small jobs as well as sand and stain the floors in my living room and dining room and also paint those rooms. Top Gold also was hired to wallpaper and paint the ceilings of my bedroom and alcove. While electrical work was done well, I cannot say the same for much of the rest of the job. Mr. Laska believes in keeping his relatives employed and earning money whether they are handymen or not. Thus on a Sat. 4 - 5 of his relatives descended to paint my outside windows, leaving some windows with paint still stuck on the glass and some unable to open unless one were a weight lifter. His team also believed in painting everything in sight with the result that a door was painted white that should not have been and I could no longer match the original paint. Adding insult to injury, he also hired his uncle to rake leaves in my yard to the tune of $250. something I never asked to have done. A poor cleanup was done even where the paint drips were obvious. Though the paint clearly did not cover what needed to be done, Mr. Laska never suggested a 2nd coat and could not give it that coat because shelving units had already been put back against the walls. However, he and his brother were kind enough to take everything off of the shelving units when needed and restock them when finished. Mr. Laska had a great deal of trouble redoing my living room and dining room floors. Instead of using an industrial sander that is 13" across, which I am sure he could have rented, he used a small hand held one that subsequently caused grooves in my hardwood floor. He blamed the floor for the problems. While Mr. Laska did a nice job wallpapering in general, he decided to save me money (according to him) while papering the alcove. He thus mismatched the paper, which was very obvious. Most of it had to be redone and in some places, it is still not correct. However, he had had it with the wallpaper and wouldn't hang it all again. The job he did putting down astro turf and painting the underside of a roof was decent but he never finished fixing the railing around the deck. He was also to power wash our home and proudly did it with the new, powerful high-pressure hose he had just purchased. Unfortunately, the pressure was so strong that it damaged the cement on our front steps that now has to be repaired. Finally, and most importantly, we discovered a major, major problem, several months after he was gone and we no longer could do anythin

I would highly recommend Top Gold Construction. I interviewed several companies, and decided to go with Top Gold Construction. I hired them to remodel my bathroom from the scratch. They were very professional, came in and out, and the results of before and after were like night and day. Excellent service with a competitive price.

Art was a extremely friendly and professional individual who communicated well and was very timely. The job (multiple shelf installation) was done with care, quality and certainly wasn't rushed. Very happy we went with Art and will certainly be working with him again moving forward.

Handyman was early for both appts.(initial and day of service). He did a great job with the small jobs I needed done; he made suggestions about re-arranging the furniture that I was/am extremely happy with.
