I would rate 4.5. My stairlift chair and carriage has to be removed and then replaced for an installation, short notice. He removed and replaced the pieces. The chair still had complications. He was not able to complete it and said he would return. I troubleshot the error and completed it. He was punctual, attentive and professional. Without his initial work we could not have the installation done.

The owner and workers were pleasant, knowledgeable, and very efficient. The quality of the work was excellent. They replaced a radiator valve that was leaking and caused the damage and repaired the floor around it and replace the wall damage in the wall beneath it. They worked hard and carefully and cleaned up after themselves. Great quality work in a timely fashion. I felt very comfortable with them in my home which is very important to me.

I felt as if I was over charge for the service to install three items and replace to two dollars light switches. The Gentleman rarely wore a mask while working. He complained and keep suggesting he was COVID -19 tested and cleared. Use this juice that we were not supposed to be home while the service was performed. That is not true. he was also supposed to install a brand new toilet tissue holder and he left abruptly before completing the job. Mrs. Marshall.

Artur and his associate are quite professional. They are good listeners and made every effort to restore our rotting projects and succeeded in the effort. They are highly recommended

Contractor employee left a whole in my roof. Once I found the whole I contacted Artur in an attempt to have him fix the whole in which I thought was due to the bathroom exhaust fan. I later found that the bathroom exhaust fan was not exhausted properly through roof. It was buried under insulation in the attic and all electrical wiring is exposed which could have created a fire. There was a water leak from the roof due to whole that leaked into the basement. Artur tried to correct the damage to the roof by pouring tar into the whole which leaked down the plumbing pipes and into my basement damaging the floor tiles. The roof shingles on one side of the roof have been damaged by the tar. The bathtub faucet is always dripped leaking and all the bathroom caulking is peeling. I attempted to contact him to correct all the problems, but he created more problems since he hires subcontractors who are not qualified or certified for the job.

Good job. I will hire them again.

Arthur came into my home and immediately felt connected and therefore would welcome him into my home. It is my pleasure to recommend you to hire Artur Laska to perform re modeling in your home. Our home is 110 years old. Couple of months ago a small portion of the ceiling in the 2nd floor bathroom fell off. The renovation/remodeling project evolved, and we ended up asking the contractor to fully gut this bathroom as well the 3rd floor bathroom which is immediately above it, including replacing all water and sewer pipes, electricity, windows, lights, ventilation. We asked to install instead of the closet a 2nd floor washer/dryer that needed its own designated electric power cord. This was our first project with Artur. I was immediately impressed by his attitude: Artur approached the project in my home as if it was his own home. Artur is through, professional, hard working, and reliable. Artur's work is impeccable (its hard to impress my wife, but she is thrilled with the two new bathrooms!). Although Artur is a young man, he has an old fashioned work ethic; he simply believes that doing a great job, doing the right thing, and putting the customer needs and happiness as his top priority is the only way to run your business. He did not have to say this to me; his actions spoke. A final point: I am used to contractors promising to finish a project in a short time and ending up taking three times as long (if you are lucky..). Artur estimated the project to take five weeks. He actually finished 3 days earlier than his promised date, despite our increasing the scope of the project after we originally shook hands by 35-40% (from a $ perspective). We are already planning the renovation/remodeling of the master bedroom suite including a brand new bathroom in the next-door bedroom, which will be joined to it. When we are ready, we will call Artur directly.

Fantastic job! I had two bathrooms side-by-side and wanted one big bathroom. I had a specific look in mind that was a bit challenging and Artur and team came up with a plan and the results speaks volumes! Seamless walk-in shower is amazing!!!! The illusion floor looks awesome! They understood my vision and executed on it! When I had questions, Artur responded immediately. He was very transparent and honest which helped a great deal when making decisions. His team was respectful in my home and always had a smile. They came like clock work everyday that you expected them there (which is very rare when hiring a contractor). When remodeling a home from 1910, things don't always go 100%... when we ran into challenges, Artur was at my house immediately and always responded! Kitchen remodeling coming up next...
