And so are we. No more banging since then .

 + -1 moreNot a good company in my opinion. I found that their oil prices per gallon were MUCH MUCH higher than other companies in the area. They were good at delivering and at arriving for service when needed (but again service prices were very high and service contract costs were high). I saved a substantial amount when I switched before the 2022 heating season began.

 + -1 moreHired this company for a brand new central AC unit. The unit was having problems one week after install. 4 months later, 5 technicians, 2 subcontractors, hundreds of e-mails and phone calls and it is still not fixed. Region does not promptly return calls or e-mails. Technicians sent out have been rude and clearly do not know what they are doing. Avoid using this company at all costs as they are completely incompetent.

 + -1 moreAuto delivery did not happen and service is taking days. No heat during coldest week of year for more than 24 hours. Only found out service window was pushed back 9 hours by calling them and sitting on hold before anyone answered for over 20 minutes. Paid highest prices around for years to be left frozen for days.
Description of Work: I pay over $400 per year for a service contract and a price for auto delivery that is more than 25 percent higher than COD. The furnace stopped working yesterday morning possibly because the oil is very low. Yesterday morning, Region gave a service window of this morning. Upon calling them to make sure someone is coming in that timeframe We learned that they now estimate a time late tonight. When I finally get a delivery from them it will cost hundreds more than COD which can deliver as soon as region will but I feel stuck by the service contract not knowing what the problem is. In any case I highly recommend against using this over priced company that has left many customers freezing despite being on high priced auto delivery and service contracts.

 + 0 moreBoth jobs were sub'd out and were not completed by Region Oil employees. I think a lot of overhead built into the cost - Region's own and they have to cover the sub's costs and still make profit in end. Sub has to make profit as well. They were extremely responsive, however, and the subs did good work. Perhaps that's what you get fore the premium. The other two people I called never even got back to me.
Description of Work: Replaced air conditioning system to include condenser and coil. Also, hired them to re-line chimney with a stainless duct.
