Description of Work: Via telephone contact, renewed annual heating oil agreement with Region Oil for period of 04/01/16 through 03/31/16. Region Oil provides excellent service with automatic delivery of heating oil and maintenance of our heating system which is covered under an annual maintenance contract with them. We have been customers for over 30 years and continue our association based on their excellent service--even though their oil prices appear to be significantly higher than what other companies in the area charge.

Description of Work: Furnace pressure relief valve was leaking profusely. I have a service agreement with them which I take out yearly which costs approximately $385. It includes free cleaning of furnance and service if needed. They had a technician out within 1.5 hours of the call on a weekend. It was quickly repaired. Diagnostic call and replacement of valve was free under this plan. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: The feed line from the oil tank in my basement to the oil burner itself had become corroded, due to a flood from a broken water heater, and it was in danger of rupturing. Region Oil showed up at the appointed time and installed a new copper feed line protected by a PVC outer wrapping, and gave the burner a mini tune up. The job was expertly and quickly done at a more than fair price.
