"I feel so lucky to have been sent a professional who treats his customers like family. Tom was prompt, kind, fair and efficient. He resolved my several plumbing problems in the kitchen and the bathroom and put a new sturdy floor into the base of my kitchen cabinet, after I had been living with a disintegrating particle board mess for many years. He had to run out twice to get additional parts that he did not expect he would need and not only did so with no complaints but did not charge me extra for his extra time. He even picked up a bag of ice melter for me so that i could be prepared for an upcoming storm threat. I can not say enough nice things about this gentleman. I will certainly be calling on him again and would highly recommend him to anyone."
