They did a great job.

The project started on the date promised and finished when promised despite the worst winter in the last 40 years. Our project manager kept things moving and let us know what was coming up next on the schedule. All of the workers we dealt with were very professional and really knew their jobs. All of the work that was done was first class and the feed-back we have gotten from neighbors and from people just driving by has been incredible. I would not hesitiate to use the company again and have already recommended them to several friends who need remodeling. They take pride in their work, which is rare these days. Try them!!

When we ran into glitches, Cipriani took care of everything and didn't charge me full price to correct mis-understandings (mostly my fault).

We wanted our whole kitchen basically ripped out and remodeled. Kyle was our sales consultant, he met with us and listened to what we wanted and took notes. We met with him at their office 2 weeks later and received the proposed design layout as well as detailed estimate of everything involved along with the costs. Kyle made any changes we requested to the plan and showed us the results on his computer. Once we chose to go ahead, we met with Kyle over a number of weekends at various locations to choose flooring, backsplash, fixtures, etc. All meetings were scheduled at our convenience. Once everything was chosen and the cabinet order was in, the work was scheduled. Bob was our Project Manager. He was there almost every day with very few exceptions and then we knew in advance that he wouldn't be there. Whenever there was a problem or question as we went along, we told Bob. Never any argument or push back, he said "we'll take care of it", and he did. When it turned out that there was plumbing and ductwork in the soffitt, they brought in the plumber who moved all the piping, and they still finished our project on schedule. They said it would take four to six weeks, and it was done in four. They always cleaned up after themselves, all flooring was protected. When they ripped out the existing kitchen dust proofing was put up until it was done. The kitchen turned out beautifully and we are very happy with it.

They were excellent. They were very prompt and had good craftsmanship. They were also excellent in the way they went about their business. They are also very professional.

There was no hard sell or push I thought it may be. She came back with a door price that was $800 less and looked out for my money. I had a new door in place within two weeks. The men were there when they said and cleaned as they went. They were able to answer any of my questions on how the old door was put in. Yeah, the old door had four long screws on the whole thing. The door was out in less than ten minutes. They spent three hours fixing the opening and installing the new door. Oh, they put insulation spray foam in that I never had in the old door. It was a fantastic experience and exceeded my expectation. The owner came over a day later to check the work and made some minor adjustments because he saw something he didn t like. Cindy is now working out a bid to do my bathroom! Hats off to a company that cares and stands behind their work!
