Very happy with the entire experience. Was extremely pleased with the work and professionalism of Shawn (owner and chief laborer). He is very self-motivated and went about the job with little intervention required on my part. The roof replacement was done in one day, with the gutter replacement done on a subsequent day (due to weather). Post-job cleanup was outstanding, with no trace of trash or debris left behind. Shawn was also very helpful dealing with my insurance agent, explaining the extent of the damage and providing photos of the work after completion for the insurance claim. The best part was the quality of the new roof and gutter installation, which looks fantastic! I would definitely recommend Ameritech Services and will hire them again, if the need arises.

Shaun is the ultimate professional. He knows his products extremely well. His presentation was impressive. He came and spent time with my sister and myself, and then again with my guy and myself. Whenever we had questions he was quick to respond. We had a couple of cancellations due to inclement westher and was in touch with us regularely to let us know when he was plamning on coming to do the work. He has a good size crew and they cleaned up the front and back yards before leaving. There was a small problem that he is going to fiix when we are both avail able. Again ~ the ultimate professional.

My work shed had been damaged by a previous storm (tree fell thru the roof), which had gone unnoticed due to the location and 'rare' use of the shed. The entire roof was rotted so it had to be totally replaced, including some rafters. Shawn and his crew did an excellent job. What was almost as impressive was the clean up. I had walked out during the project and it looked like the area had been hit by a tornado. However, when I went back after they were done, you wouldn't have known they had even been there. Everything had been cleaned up including the inside of the shed. From start (estimate appointment) to finish, the entire process went extremely well. Not only would I recommend Ameritech Services, but will certainly use them again if needed.

Great service! Great value! From scheduling, through follow-up -- I was very impressed. He introduced himself and explained what he will be doing. He provided a general estimate of time, and was spot on! He confirmed what I knew: I need a new roof. However, he was able to quickly address a few items that would help to extend the roof life. We set up a plan, and I will be contacting him in the spring to replace the roof. I absolutely plan to work with him again, in the future.

There's no improvement. I wouldn't have them again. It was useless. It was a waste of money. The price was good. It was better if it did something. They never followed up.

They came out the next day. When the gentleman Shawn came out to look at my roof he proceeded to tell me that we would have to do a lot. He would have to take out the siding and he would have to do this and he would have to do that and he wasn't really sure if the one area was the problem. He said it would be $1200.00 to do that. Then he proceeded to say to me that the $100.00 package that I purchased wasn't what I purchased and he was going to deduct it from the $1200. So, I never went with him because I got two other opinions and even the insurance company because we had a leak and Farmer's is my insurance company and the gentleman that came out with the insurance company said to be quite honest with you I don't know why that roofer said that he would have to take off the siding or why he would have to do this and he would have to do that when it's right here. Darn if I didn't put a J channel and we haven't had any issues. So, I paid the $100 and he told me it wasn't really correct, I shouldn't have paid the $100. I don't know if he was just saying that to try and get more business from me by saying he would take it off the $1200 so I would end up paying $1100 and really it took another roofer 5 minutes to fix and it's completely fine. He never followed up with me until about a week ago so the follow up wasn't great. His presentation was very professional. He was very well spoken. He was on time, he said he was going to be here when he was. It's difficult because I'm not knowledgeable in this area to say if he was taking me for a ride or not.

I bought $99 deal for fall 2014 gutter cleaning but then our roof started leaking so I had to replace it (and gutters were cleaned at that time by the roofers). The Ameritech representative I spoke with was very helpful and let me use the deal for spring cleaning instead. I unfortunately purchased a deal with another company for this fall and was told by them that I would be changed for additional footage after I purchased. I will look for Ameritech instead in the future because they stand by their work (and price).

Went better than my experience with Angies List. tired of being hounded to write a review. This provider did nothing wrong. He did not serve our area. Nothing done. Only reason I am writing this is so I won't be prompted to write a review each time I open the d*** app.

Shawn evaluated the roof and showed me pictures of the damage. The service was thorough, professional and fairly priced. I have used this company for gutter cleaning, chimney repair and the removal of mice and a penthouse opossum. I highly recommend Shawn for honest and skilled services.

Awesome job and very professional

He looked around for about 10 minutes and took a whole bunch of pictures of the roof. It's in fair shape and he made a couple of recommendations...mostly that we hire him to replace the whole thing (huh?). What really upset me was that he told us Ameritech "didn't do small repair jobs" and wouldn't even work on the 2' footish square area that actually needed attention. He spent another 20 minutes talking about his company and how they only did whole jobs and why we should have the entire roof done. So pretty much we wasted $49.99 and some time.

It went well. The guy who came out was professional and very nice. I just decided not to do the project now because it was very expensive when i got the quote.

The owner was thorough and seemed very knowledgeable, but his estimate for a new roof was high, so we are not going to use him but are seeking an estimate within our budget.

Bob showed up on time, was friendly, thorough, courteous, and performed the requested work within an hour. He also saved me some money by explaining the quarterly plan which, although it costs a little more than just one treatment, saves you money if you plan on doing two or more in a year, which we certainly do. Great job. Good email communication as well.

They did do a little extra so, I had to pay more. They were good and I would recommend them.

They were quick to reply once I purchased the deal. We scheduled a time and unfortunately on the day we scheduled it was raining and if you are getting this service done on a day it rains it literally could wash away the spray so we had to reschedule, but they were very communicative and punctual. Bob called ahead and arrived and explained what he was doing as he did it. He sprayed around the doors and baseboards of the rooms inside and around the entire house and windows outside so hopefully there won't be any more spiders or creepy crawlers making their way inside from the woods. He was nice and answered my questions as he did his job. I should have had the garage done too, I think that's where they all went now since the house is now guarded.

Very pleasant service provider who was informative and offered return services. This service was purchased as a "Big Deal."

He came on time and asked about signing a contract service. I said I would think about it. He sprayed around the perimeter of the house for ants, they are my problem. I mentioned a free termite inspection and he was nice about it and squeezed it in. The problem is that I am still seeing many ants where he sprayed. I will be calling and see if they can come back, that's why I said I would use again.

He gave me a very professional evaluation of the roof telling me how much life was left before a replacement would be needed. He fixed several small issues. It is nice to be dealing with an owner operator that takes pride in their service whether small or large.

He was very thorough. Did a complete inspection and some small repairs such as replacing nails and caulking where need. Supplied a detailed report with suggestions. Overall he did an excellent job.

I would like to preface this review by making it clear that no work was done on my house by this company. Angies list was gracious enough to refund the price of the big deal that I purchased. I purchased this deal to get some flashing nailed down as well as to have 2 satellite dishes removed from my roof. I have no active problems or leaks in my roof. The deal stated that additional charges may apply to pitches greater than 6/12. I have an unusual roof with more than one level. The two levels with the flashing issues are above porches are easily accessible at one story high without steep pitches. One of the satellite dishes is on one of these roofs. My upper roof pitch is probably 10/12 or 12/12, so I fully expected to pay a bit more money to have the dish removed from up there. I was clear via email that my roof was unusual as well as the exact work I wanted to have done. I also mentioned the height of the roof and mentioned a large ladder would be needed. I was never given any impression via email that the amount of the job would quadruple. The fine print is vague.."additional charges may apply." The tech came out and immediately started talking about the wood being bad under my roof as reason for the flashing coming up. He had not even gone up to check it yet. Might there be an issue with the wood? Perhaps...but perhaps there is a million dollars under the shingles. You cant really make assumptions until you check it out. Then he mentioned the deal and that the pitch of my roof was greater than the deal. I mentioned that I understood this and knew I would need to pay more. He said it would be $375 more than the deal..making the total $475 for what I consider minor work. I told him that I could just hire my local roofer for less than that..and that it did not make sense to pay that money for what was supposed to be a "big deal" on Angies list. He then dropped the price to $275 after some discussion. Had the additional price been $250 from the beginning, I would have paid it. However, this process and the way conversation began left me wary and distrustful. I don't know much about roofing, so I need to have a least the feeling that someone is treating me fairly and giving me correct and true quotes and information.
