Description of Work: Bought a deal for gutter cleaning. The service was performed on the promised day at a good price. The result, however, was disappointing as three days after the cleaning was completed it rained rather heavy. I noticed my rear gutters at the top of the 2nd floor continued to overflow, which was the situation before Ameritech cleaned them.

Description of Work: Cleaned about 250 linear feet of gutters. The man rendering the service was prompt, friendly, courteous and thorough. The gutters were cleaned in no time.

Description of Work: Purchased gutter cleaning service, and requested a service date in Nov. in order to schedule after majority of leaves had fallen. My request was easily accommodated. I requested an estimate on other services that Ameritech provides and got an almost immediate response. We haven't met due to my scheduling. The serviceman arrived later than expected due to morning weather, however, it was noted that no one needed to be home for service to be completed and he did a GREAT job...there will be no more climbing of ladders for my husband!

Description of Work: Ameritech came out and cleaned my gutters of debris. It had been WAY too long since I'd had them cleaned and it was no easy project. Ameritech, (Kevin), did a wonderful job. He was prompt, respectful and professional. Their office was also very accommodating with scheduling and follow-up. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Description of Work: He thoroughly inspected the roof, replaced the domes on the air vents, sealed the large round skylight, replaced rusted nails, broken and missing shingles and cleaned the gutters. He worked very hard and was very polite. We will use him again and would recommend him.

Description of Work: We have a stain on our ceiling which we assumed was water. The provider didn't seem confident in knowing what was going on. He quoted us prices, but we chose to have others come in as he didn't seem sure of the problem.

Description of Work: The owner was very professional. I wanted a pro to see my roof and give me a quote as I thought the roof needed new tiles and more. He did what was promised and did quote the job. He didn't get the job but was one of the finalists-his co was qualified but being that all quotes were from A companies, I bought based on lowest price. |PS to Angies List-I did use an other A rated co, and would be happy to write a review on that company.

Description of Work: Ameritech first surveyed the roof for $99.00 and reported on its condition. The report claimed that the roof was in a dire state of disrepair and needed to be fixed sooner rather than later. I had feared as much because a few months ago, I had found a tile lying in our backyard, presumably having flown off the roof during a particularly gusty day. So, I went ahead and asked Ameritech to give me a quote for re-roofing, for doing the gutters and for replacing the wooden fascia. The quote was $ 12, 050.00 with extra charges of $60.00 per plywood board if that was found to be rotten. I thought that the price was a little high but I did NOT compare with other roofers and went ahead and accepted the Ameritech quote--partly because I thought the situation was a little urgent and partly because Ameritech had come recommended by Angie's List. |The work was done expeditiously and very, very meticulously. I am very happy with the work though I do wonder whether I could have gotten the work done a little cheaper. |
