They did a great job, i was quite please. I was happy to get the recommendation from Angie's List. They are still calling to follow up on their work, they told me that if any problems that i would to just call them and they would fix it with no charge. Excellent Company.

AMENDED REVIEW: I would like folks to be aware of two situations that have come up since my last review. 1. While having trees serviced on my property, it was brought to my attention that the shingles on the edge of the roof in two places were in tatters because the trees had been banging into the roof and created holes. Since I had paid Ameritech only 4 months earlier to repair my roof, I called them back to review the situation. The owner went on the roof and decided that the damage was "new" , although it was the opinion of the tree men that the damage must have taken place slowly over years. Days later, the owner did offer to help make it "right", but by then I was hesitant to trust someone who had not offered to do the right thing upfront. 2. Now, months later when I found new roofers to repair/replace the shingles and holes, those men came off the roof with pictures of rusted plumbing collars that they said should be replaced. I had paid Ameritech to "install pipe collar repair kits" back in December. I again called the owner to discuss the situation and have just been told that they installed rubber gaskets, and left the rusted metal plates in place on the roof. Once again, Ameritech 's answer leaves me with a very sour taste in my mouth. Needless to say, even though the owner is a very smooth talker, I will NEVER do business with him again. He has an answer for everything, but somehow I just don't feel right.

They gave me an appointment time between 9am and 11am and never showed. I called and I was told there was a mix-up.

Shawn was very thorough and responsive, a pleasure to work with. I needed a full roof replacement, including removal of two layers of old shingles for a typical 4 bedroom colonial home. The team managed to accomplish this with a minimal amount of disruption in one day. They used quality materials and the installation quality was excellent. Price was not the lowest of the quotes I received, but I definitely believe I got the best deal considering the quality of materials and work.

I asked for someone to come out to give me an estimate, which was arranged within a day of my call. Sean came out on the date and time specified (and gave me a heads-up call when he was on his way), inspected the roof, and gave me my options. He said he would try the least expensive option, and could do it right then and there. I agreed, he did the work (and charged me less than the estimate!), and the ceiling's been dry since, and that was more than two weeks ago, and we've had quite a bit of rain and snow since! I can't complain about a thing from start to finish.

The inspection on my 20 year old roof revealed needed repairs, which were completed quickly , completely and professionally by Jared. I also had new 'leaf-guard' installed. Dealing with Wendy in the office was sensational and even my short dealing with Nick was great . Shawn and his staff were first rate.

The estimate was free. I'd probable give them a C just because he recommended other fixes that we weren't looking for. The quote was way above what we were expecting. Yeah, it was just a worm hole of more fixes. It was actually a quote to replace a part of our gutters. No not off the top of my head. It was a brief conversation.

Excellent. From the first call to meeting the owner Sean to project manager Nick to their roofing specialists, these people are top notch. And...they cleaned everything up better than it was when they came. We highly recommend them.

I called them back, because they did great the first time. I had a roof issued and had to put a half of a roof on my home, and I called them back because I knew they did a good job the first time. When they did the roof, I don't know, they went on top of another roof. I had 2 shingles, so they had to do a second layer. They had some work to do. Their responsiveness was great. They did everything on time. They told me a time that it would be finished, and it got finished. They were polite, courteous and professional.

The service was performed as expected. The company reached out to schedule the service and performed the services requested adequately to my expectation. I would recommend this company's services.
