Description of Work: Sean and his crew completely replaced our multi-level roof, including total replacement of the underlying plywood. All of the work was explained prior to the job and, as promised, the entire project was completed in one day. All of the work was highly professional and the entire property was 100% cleaned up before they left. The price was reasonable and the entire experience was very positive. We highly recommend Ameritech.

Description of Work: Shawn came out and did a roof inspection and maintenance work on the roof, as part of an Angie's list $99 special. We discussed about a leak into the first floor of my ceiling, which I have not been able to pinpoint the source but had an inclination that it was coming from the edge of the roof. Shawn agreed and proposed that he install drip edge to the one side of the roof. He said that drip edge is something that should be installed but often time left out by homebuilders. I cannot speak about the quality because I did not go up to the roof but the issue seems to be have resolved.

Description of Work: Ameritech cleaned up debris left by a previous contractor, then worked with the city code enforcement officer to determine the replacement structure permitted by the code. Built back door steps and small concrete pad and repaired masonry along the back wall. | |They made a difficult situation as painless as possible.

Description of Work: New Roof including plywood. One thing I should have thought of but didn't - and perhaps the firm should have reminded me of this - I should have covered everything in the attic with drop cloths as I now have debris all over my Xmas decorations, storage bins, attic floor, etc.
