Description of Work: I realized that I actually got was an elaborate inspection and a sales pitch. The inspection and verbal report was helpful, however I believe I could have gotten a free inspection or free estimate from other contractors. Also, he wanted to bundle all jobs together making the cost way out of reach for a me. He was very professional and had he been more inclined to itemize the jobs I would have considered using him.

Description of Work: Was having a terrible ant problem after having a large paver patio installed. Ameritech came and treated the entire area and it was very effective for the entire summer season. It was also safe for our dog. Very pleased with all aspects of their service. If the ants return next Spring, I'll be calling Ameritech again.

Description of Work: I paid for both the bug spray in and outside of the house and also the three mosquito applications. They were extremely professional and were always on time. when it rained and the mosquito application could not be done they called me promptly to reschedule appt. Description of Work: probably really should be done 4 times a season. |1st time seemed fine - arrived home as the tech was finishing |2nd time - they used 55 gallons of my water which was to be used at other houses afterwards as they had not filled up this morning. Use what you need for my house in that case, not for everyone, especially since this was not disclosed. |3rd time - different process. it either doesn't work as well or it wasn't done. got bit a lot.

Description of Work: Came out for a roof inspection with advertised minor roof repairs. Sean did the inspection and took photos. agreed that it looked like the roof needed some repairs. No repairs were done at this time. Sean acted as though there was so much wrong with the roof that he didn't know where to begin. Thus he didn't do any repairs, rather he tried to sell me on a whole new roof

Description of Work: The associate was very professional, and did a thorough check of my roof, fixing my leak. However, the associate said they don't usually do maintenance, more of a tear down and replace, so I could not call them back for a return if the leak came back.
