Description of Work: I found his price for the new roof very good. I just wanted to fix the roof for now. It was a sales meeting for a new roof. I did not get my 99.00 worth.

Description of Work: This review is a little of a mixed bag. I paid for roof inspection services but ended up needing minor roof repair done (a few shingles blew off of my house resulting from strong winds). No one could come out for a week (understandable since many homeowners probably had the same problem as me). On the day of the appointment it was raining (actually a slight drizzle) but the repairman called to cancel because of the weather. The next day he was sick and couldn't make it. But I'm happy to say that he eventually did come out and replaced the shingles for $50. While he was at my house I asked for a quote to replace the roof on my 18 by 20 foot shed. The quote to replace the roof was more than I paid for the shed. I ended up doing the job myself over a weekend for significantly less than what was quoted. Granted I shingled over the old shingles. Ameritech's quote was for a complete replacement of the roof including plywood and shingles. So my comparison is not apples to apples. They were very professional each time I talked to them.

He took many pictures and took the time to walk me through each of them as well as the minor repairs completed so we could discuss a plan for any additional work required over time. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Did full inspection of roof. Vendor was knowledgeable, took time to explain outcome of inspection; showed photos of roof and gave thorough recommendation of future service to me. I told him I would get back to him when I was ready to proceed.

Description of Work: I realized that I actually got was an elaborate inspection and a sales pitch. The inspection and verbal report was helpful, however I believe I could have gotten a free inspection or free estimate from other contractors. Also, he wanted to bundle all jobs together making the cost way out of reach for a me. He was very professional and had he been more inclined to itemize the jobs I would have considered using him.
