The service has been fine overall. They had bought out a company this past fall that we had previously been using, and there haven’t been any problems.

Overall, the service was good. They got the job done within the price quoted, and there weren’t any surprises. The fence looks good and I don’t have any complaints.

It went well. he serviceman asked all the right questions as to where the ants were showing up (which would lead him to know where to spray to keep them out). He went through the basement to spray and even in the cracks, pipes, anywhere these ants could get in. He also did a fogging spray outside of the house. I signed up with them for my year's pest control service @ $90/quarterly. Also, should the ants re-invade, the company guarantees return service to keep control of the problem.

The last time I used them was for an inspection for a house I was buying. I used them for a house that I sold to repair damages caused by pests. They completely tore out part of the drywall and did some framing work. They have also done some pest control for me. They always do what they are supposed to do and come when they are supposed to do.

The services have gone well overall! They have good customer service.

Our experience with Ameritech was flawless, from the initial phone call to the day of service. The office staff was polite, informative, professional and was able to schedule our service within a very good time range, arrived on time and the results were excellent. The technician explained step by step the process, was courteous. The office followed up to ensure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Ameritech Services for all home and pest control needs.

Ten days after treatment, bees were still finding their way into the house as Shawn said they might. After the ten day period , we were still seeing at least one bee a day. I called Shawn and told him. He came out the next day and I showed him bees I captured. He said they were different than the nests he treated and proceeded to check both attick's, there were nosigns of the bees. He proceeded to walk the roof and look all over the outside and inside ofthe hometotry to find a nest.Finally , he found what appeared to be how they were entering. He treated the entrance as deeply as he could. It appeared any nest was deeply recessed and probably unreachable. The hope is as there is activity in and out ,they will spread the treatment to other bees until they are exterminated., For the initial treatment he charged $150.,less a $20 discount for my being a senior citizen.For the second visit of about 11/2 hours, he did not charge.
