Everything went well the company showed up on time, was very nice, didn't try to sell us anything else. Considered the pets we have in our home. Would definitely call them again especially the great deal we got for using their services

They were very courteous and professional. They are very nice people and did great work. Their price was much better for the inspection and test than another company I checked with.

I chose this company because, based on assessments and estimates, I was impressed with the quality of the materials they use at various stages of the roofing process and they had the best solution for a problem valley. Two layers of shingles were removed and were completely removed along with other debris and nails from the old roofing, and installed new roofing. They were thorough, professional, and did a high quality job. The crew's foreman, Shawn, who came out for the original estimate and during a couple of stages of the process is very helpful, informative, and responsive.

The roof and the new skylights look great! They installed a quality skylight brand. The workers were very nice and very respectful of our property and once the job was done, they went above and beyond, in my expectations, in cleaning up. Unfortunately, the previous roof company did not put down any plywood at all (!). When this roof was removed, the original plywood had huge gaps so plywood needed to be placed over the entire roof at an additional cost per piece (which was quoted as an additional add on if needed). This raised the cost significantly, because of the amount of plywood needed. However, Ameritech knocked the cost of the plywood down significantly which was greatly appreciated. Ameritech is an example of you get what you pay for. My last roof cost a bit less, but lasted only 14 years with leaking during the life of that roof. I have already recommended Ameritech to my brother and my neighbors--both who are in the market for a new roof.

It went well. He gave an estimate for a new roof. He was very professional and thorough. He did a good walk over of the roof. He told me what he would do differently than other roofers.

Very professional. Took pictures to document recommendations he recommended for repairs. Very punctual and detailed.

The provider arrived on time. The job was done in a very timely manner. Kevin was very professional and told me what the problem was with the gutter. I felt confident that he knew what he was doing. I would use this company again for other needs I may have

Shawn spent a good deal of time on the roof, and made repairs to areas that were showing problems. Indeed, I recently experienced a leak for which I could not find the source and he located it. Based on recent heavy rains without a return to the leak, he fixed it successfully. I have a particular problem valley area on my roof and Shawn also went over possible solutions based on my questions about it and other aspects of my 23 year old roof. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

It did not go well. I was told I needed a new roof. I was given an estimate for the roof to be replaced. I inquired about a possible repair under the agreement of the coupon. I was told that I should have asked questions of the company prior to purchasing the coupon. I inquired about the possibility of the coupon amount being deducted from the price if I was to get the roof replaced. I was told that I was already given a discounted estimate. I then commented to the technician that I was now out of $99. His reply was that Ameritech doesn't get that money, Angie's list did.

It was fast and efficient. Shawn from Ameritech was professional and provided service beyond the special I signed up for, at no additional cost.

Excellent customer service. Shawn always took my calls when I had a question and was very courteous. After never getting a follow up from another roofing company, Ameritech came to the rescue. Also, they noticed some shingles loose on my neighbor's roof while inspecting mine. After a good reference from me, my neighbor also used this company with great satisfaction.

This company was very concerned about my comments and phoned me to discuss. After talking with them, I feel that I may have been unjust in my assumptions. Ameritech is a professional company and I would consider using them for future roof repairs.

Exceptional. Very pleased! Very worth the effort/hiring. We are currently considering other services we would like them to provide before we sell our house.

I live in an 8 year old house ... and have endured water coming through the ceiling drywall into the dining room for about half of that time. Various contractors -- and a representative from the builder -- have all been unable to locate the source of the leak. In a real downpour the other day, I was able to isolate a general area with a powerful flashlight in the unfinished attic. Shawn Covely inspected both interior and exterior, explained in detail what the issue was and what remedial work could be done. He made the repairs and explained why he was using a particular material. He was businesslike, personable and extremely ethical. I highly recommend Ameritech!

Shawn was extremely diligent. He took lots of pictures so he could show me where he felt the performance of the roof was poor. I went into this knowing there were some problems with our roof. He explained all his concerns to me, showed me where he made some minor repairs and suggested that he review everything with both my husband and myself. We will definitely follow up with him.

I hired Ameritech based on a $99 roof inspection special. I made the appointment several hours after purchasing the service based on a callback. The service was completed within the week. Shawn arrived as promised and called to let me know he was coming. He inspected the roof, siding, windows, gutters and downspouts and made minor repairs. I hired him for some more extensive repair work. He spent several hours a thy home and reviewed all his findings with me including photographs. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. I didn't feel pressured to purchase the supplemental repair services. I will write another review after they're performed.

I decided not to have the work done at this time.

Paul came out the very next day after I called. Bees had bored a hole in our siding above the deck. He dusted the area three times and then came back the next day and retreated the area. We asked if he could plug the hole in our siding although that wasn't part of the estimate and he did that. We weren't at home when he came back on the second day, but he left us a service sheet, informing us that it was completed. Paul was very courteous and friendly. He explained the process thoroughly, and it was apparent that he knew what he was doing. We would use this service again. Price was reasonable.

Paul was so professional and friendly! He thoroughly explained the extermination service and listened to our concerns. I would recommend them to friends and while I hope the problem doesn?t return, would happily use them again in the future! Great service!

Technician was great - he arrived on time (on the early end of the window provided, which worked just fine for us) and was very fair and thorough. He applied the treatment and showed me the work so I could point it out to the new buyers of our house if need be. He also set traps for a rodent under our sink and was very good about explaining how they worked, left some extra traps just in case, and was good about helping to keep them away from our dog. He did a quick, thorough job, was very friendly and professional and I would absolutely use him again.

My experience with them was fine. No dislikes at all. Nothing specific stood out. They got here when they said they would. They seem to know what they were doing. I did have a callback and they were very responsive.

It basically went fine but I felt $200 for 20 minutes of work seemed a little excessive. He had told me it was in that range but after watching what was done it seemed rather high. Ultimately we have had no further problem so I am satisfied but still believe it too be in the high ranges.

My experience with Ameritech Services went very well. I got quotes from other people, but I chose him because of his willingness to work with me on the pricing. He was willing to additional, smaller jobs on the initial quote he gave me, like replacing my front door and screen door, for no extra charge.

The experience with them went okay. They were good. I don't know yet if they took care of the problem and you'll have to wait and see because it was termite. He was on time plus he did a neat job and I'm going to call him back because there is a hole that was not filled. They did fill all the holes around the house except one that they didn't fill but other than that, it was okay for me. His demeanor was great. I thought it was a little pricy but it was the first time I used one, so I don't know whom to compare it. I thought it was okay, I guess.
