Shawn was excellent. He called before he showed up as promised and came at the beginning of the window I was given. On arrival, he asked about any specific concerns I had, then got to work inspecting the roof. He took several pictures of problem areas to show me. During the inspection, he made minor repairs including resinkinf and recaulking nails and sealing small holes/defects. After the inspection, he went through his findings in detail and explained the importance of different roofing components. He discussed the aspects that were missing or techniques that have been updated since my roof was built and their value and function. He suggested replacing the pipe collars that were at the end of their lifespan and prone to leaking. He also suggested improving how the fascia capping was attached to prevent them from failing and blowing off. We also discussed a strange gutter situation that was causing water to collect in a corner where two roof sections joined. He gave some suggestions for repairing this as well. Shawn was extremely professional and knowledgable. He explained everything very clearly and made reasonable suggestions for other repairs including non-roof items such as the patio and walk. When we get our roof replaced, he will be at the top of the list.

He was very nice but seemed to not show any intentions on doing any repairs to my roof. He showed up without required flashing and sealant.

Did not happen. They have a minimum price regardless of how small the porch is.

Ameritech was timely, courteous. Very neat, they wore booties on their shoes when they came into the house. Ameritech was very knowledgeable, answered all questions that I had. Will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Only one worker showed up which was a safety issue in my mind because the roof is very high. As it turns out he did not clean the gutter on the highest point of the house. He failed to mention this when I paid for additional footage over and beyond Angie sale price. I noticed that the gutter wasn't clean after he left and had to call to get them to return and complete the work.

They were good. They showed up on time and were out of here when they said the would be.

I'm very pleased with them. They were very prompt. They also have a downspout for one of my gutters that was down during the storm. They came immediately. Their service is immediate. They're a little expensive. Just to come to repair the downspout, they said it would be $175 just to come out whether they repaired or replaced it. I was kind of desperate. I thought that was a little expensive. He was out there for 10 minutes but he's good. They're good, thorough and fast. I will use them again. I called them not for the roof. I called them for another reason and while they were up there, they noticed that there were some shingles missing. He told me that it was only a matter of time before water started to come in to the house. They told me on doing the whole roof again. I'm planning on doing my whole roof again later this year, maybe on August. That's going to be a huge purchase, that will be $9000-$10000. I'll get a few other estimates too. I plan on using them again although I do think they're a little bit expensive. They may be worth it. They charged a flat fee. They do a lot of other things. They tried to sell me on a pest control. He noticed an old rodent trap in the back. I told him I didn't need it right now. They do interior and exterior pest control and a number of other things. The service is fat and its good but its expensive.

It went well. I would use them again.

I bought the $99 roof maintenance deal with Ameritech Services. I knew I had missing and loose shingles and popped up nails and areas that needing re-sealing/caulking. I also had other items to discuss that would be an extra cost. Shawn did a thorough assessment of my roof, provided a detailed checklist and took pictures of issues he found. Since my roof is more than 17 years old we discussed options for what I needed to get done right away, and what could wait a little until I was ready to get a new roof. Shawn never pressured me and was very helpful in his recommendations. For example, my pipe collars needed replacing, but he offered to install pipe collar repair kits (much lower cost) that would be fine until the roof replacement. In addition to the roofing items, I needed 2 gable vents replaced, a loose gutter re-attached and loose vinyl siding re-attached. The price Shawn quoted was very fair for all the work and he also cleaned my gutters as well. In addition, the clean-up was spotless. Shawn is a very credible person who takes pride in his work and his reputation. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Shawn appeared on time and prepared. He inspected roof, took pictures of suspect area's and made minor repairs where needed. After he completed work he went through a detailed explanation of what he found while reviewing the photos. He also provided a written assessment of the rood condition based on several variables. He did find that a vent cap was in need of replacement and also that a section of gutter was loose and in need of securing. He performed this work for an additional fee which was reasonable. Also discussed the possibility of replacing several windows which will require a follow-up discussion.

The worker came out on the scheduled date, cleaned the gutters and was done quickly. He did not leave piles of debris around the yard near the house.He use a blower to clear my deck and walkways.

Cleaned gutters and downspouts - excellent. Cleanup - excellent.

Everything went really well, cleanup was great.

The water was running over the gutter instead of the downspout so they came out to clean them. I also used them a 2nd time and they did and excellent job. I would highly recommend them

Bought coupon but later found we're not eligible due to gutter guards that I was not aware of (just bought home). They were friendly and offered to apply coupon cost to greater cost of cleaning with gutter guard removal, but opted for a refund instead.

It went great; technician handled two different jobs at the same time and was very conscientious and accommodating. I really appreciated his attitude and attention to detail. Very happy with my service.

The experience went very well. Shawn arrived at the scheduled time and asked me what I needed him to do. I showed Shawn where the missing shingles were and explained that I wanted them replaced and otherwise wanted an inspection of the roof. Shawn had matching shingles on his truck so he replaced the missing shingles. He then went on to inspect the roof, filling in holes in shingles incurred during the original installation. Shawn took pictures during his inspection which he walked through with me. Shawn was very professional and courteous. I would definitely use him in the future and recommend him to others.

He came out and could to do the deal due to the pitch of my roof. He was very prompt professional, cordial and honest. He explained the deal to me. He did climb up on the roof but it was just pitched to high. He suggested I get a refund, because what I had purchased would not solve my problem.

I don't have any dislikes. I had a couple of issues and they did come out immediately and addressed them with me. They did a good job.

Also alerted me to a problem with an animal living in my attic crawl space. Using same company to resolve that problem.

My husband was with him and was very impressed with his professionalism, equipment, personality and the extra care he provided for my damaged roof. I will be needing a roof in the spring (he was able to buy me some time with his extra care) and he will definitely be the person that I hire!!

Kevin was very professional, but he service was extremely poor. This was a gutter cleaning and should never be done with a blower. If I had known this I would never have ordered this service. The gunk from the gutter was blown all over my yard. He did attempt to blow it away, but really it went now where. Gutter cleaning should be done by hand and the gunk should be bagged and thrown away.

Serviceman did terrific job! Quick, neat, enthusiastic. I just signed contract with this company to remove debris and build a deck. Very pleased with service so far..
