Description of Work: They removed a tree from my 2 story deck. The deck was built around the tree 25 years ago and of course the tree outgrew the deck. Seneca arrived at the time stated with a full crew and a crane. All personnel were professional and friendly. No question about using them in the future.

Description of Work: I called this company for an estimate to remove a tree from my property. The young woman who answered the phone said that someone would be out in a day or two and she would get back to me. I did not get a return phone call. I waited 3 more days and attempted to call them back. I now only get a busy signal each time I call regardless of the time of day. I am wondering if they are still in business? I see their trucks driving around my neighborhood.

Description of Work: Removed 4 large trees (very large) and a few smaller ones. They used cranes for the large trees. These folks are pros. It was amazing to watch them tackle huge trees easily. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Came they give me price , said yes agree to do work the folllowing week__ neve show- up , never called. I called about 5 times at least. this went on for two months, talked to some one at the office. WEWILL CALL YOU BACK W/A DATE.... NEVER DID.

+ -1 moreIt was perfect. I expected at least a few leaves scattered about. The tree and stump were gone without a trace.
Description of Work: Seneca removed a large 24-year-old pin oak (approximately 50 feet tall) and ground out the stump. The tree was next to an inground pool. They came during the day while we were at work, removed the tree and stump and left practically no evidence of even having been there. No damage to anything else in the yard, no limbs or branches, hardly any sawdust. Not even the lawn showed signs of their presence.
