I purchased two prepaid garage door tune ups and roller replacement from Durable Door on April 19th and received a call to schedule the service within just a few hours. The service was actually scheduled for the following day within a three hour time slot. The technician arrived promptly and performed the tune up in about 50 minutes. He replace all our old rollers, which lacked true bearings, with new nylon ones. I was impressed with the technician's knowledge, friendliness and the manner in which the service was performed. Now our two garage doors operate much quieter. Frankly, I was worried that Angie's List Prepaid Deals would result in a bait-and-switch approach where more costly service would be recommended when the service provider arrived. But I was very happy with the price and quality of service performed by Durable Door. And I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I could not have been more pleased with the result. I was contacted by Ryan within hours of purchasing the service, and was able to schedule the service on the exact date and time that i was to be available. Ryan was punctual, explained every service and replacement, and charged far less than i had expected for the amount of work done. No up sell tactics, just honest explanation and recommendations. Ryan was very neat and thorough. If you had an option for an A+ rating, then Durable Doors would have received it. They will be my first choice from now on for any garage door replacement, installation or service.

When I called Durable Door the response was courteous and the service man came on short notice to fix our electric garage door opener. The cable had come loose and it was off the track. The service man was knowledgeable, courteous, worked quickly and skillfully and the price of the repair was reasonable. In the future I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.
