The installer Jose showed up on time, actually early which was great, he explained the work he was going to do, He was polite and professional, I would recommend Durable door for garage doors and would hire Jose for any future work .

The technician's (Jose & Jose) were professional and efficient. The work performed met my expectations and I'm totally satisfied.

I had a great experience with Durable Door and highly recommend them. They are a reputable family owned business that provides great quality, value and service. Ryan came to my home for an estimate and was punctual, very professional and honest. He explained my options, gave helpful recommendations and answered all of my detailed questions. I received an estimate within two hours from his staff and booked my installation the same week since I purchased in stock items. The installers Jose and Jose were excellent as well. They were punctual, professional, extremely neat and did a great job with the installation. It was very apparent that both Jose's take pride in their work. They also had great communication skills and explained in detail how to download the app for the garage opener and even programmed our cars which was greatly appreciated. We absolutely love our new garage doors and openers. We are customers for life and will definitely recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Tracy in the office was very knowledgable and sent out a tech to give us an estimate. They worked with me on price, and the installers came and were very neat and thorough in installing my new garage doors They look amazing, and are sealed and insulated. I am very happy. Now i just have to wait for the winter to see if the insulated doors really help keep the kitchen above it warmer.

The work was okay, but we have had major billing issues with them. Techs came within a day after we called them about our garage door opener acting funny. The techs said that the opener needed to be replaced and we gave them a deposit of half the job price when they came out. Durable Door scheduled an appointment for the following week and replaced the opener. We gave the installers a check for the remaining balance on the day that they completed the job. Our balance was zero. I thought this was the end of it, but somehow the check was not posted to our account and we wound up with a balance due. We researched this with our bank and we have copies of the checks showing that the checks were cashed by Durable Door. The company has been contacting us for the last 3 months demanding payment for a nonexistent balance due. I have spent about 2 hours of my time on this billing issue. This is unprofessional and unnecessary. If this company can't even do something as simple as recording payments to a customer's account, it makes me wonder about the overall quality of their work. I will not use them again, nor can I recommend them.

Garage door installation went extremely well, very skilled. now three months later and an ant couldn’t walk under the seal expert job!

Work went well . I was very pleased with the work they did. They were very professional and did not try to up sale you. Cleaned up after themselves and not over priced.

Cliff made an appointment 2 days from my call. He showed up on time, fixed the problem and was polite. Thanks. I think the problem is solved.

Durable door replaced the top hinges on our garage door. All seemed to work fine but after 6 weeks the hinges popped off the track again. They came back right away and replaced the hinges with heavy duty ones. The garage door is working fine. There was no extra charge the second trip. Well done.

Super pleased with my experience. I needed an automatic garage door opener installed on a manual garage door. Max the electrician came the night before and put in an outlet near the ceiling for a very reasonable price. Cliff came on time the next afternoon and set to work. My garage is detached and old, and the door itself, although new, had been installed poorly. He fixed that and tightened the tension rod, and then began the installation process only to discover that a wood beam in the garage was so low it would be impossible to continue. He discussed the problem with me, and I decided I wanted to remove the beam. I was amazed that he immediately agreed to do it for me. Then he installed the opener and finally he spent a good deal of time helping me set up my phone so that I can open the door using an app. He asked me where I wanted the keypad mounted before installing that, which was great because I want my kids to be able to reach it so they can get bikes out. Both Max the electrician and Cliff the installer are extremely good at what they do and speaking with them I knew I could trust them to do it right. The work they did is excellent, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

My car backed into the garage and bent the door. I called Ryan from Durable Door and he was very responsive and try to get me a help right away. Since the crew was all tight up, so he booked a first appointment on Sunday. Unfortunately I was not able to inform Ryan on time about the other guy whom my wife had also called and come on the same day. When Ryan’s team showed up on time on the Sunday, I felt very bad, but Jose was very understanding and said nothing. I will replace the door most likely, and Durable Door is definitely the company I will call.

Jose and Henry arrived on agreed time (next day) and completed the work within 2 hours. Additionally they did full maintenance of entire mechanism and demonstrated how to keep it running longer.

Doug from Durable Door was the first person I called to get an estimate for replacing two old garage doors on my home. He called me back immediately and came the next day and gave what turned out to be the best of four estimates I received. I replaced my doors with carriage house style cedar wood overlay doors. Doug made sure I knew the maintenance needs of wood vs. fiberglass doors. The technician who installed them, Cliff, was excellent and left trim and hardware off until I had a chance to stain and seal the doors. It took a little while to get him back to complete the trim once the doors were stained, but it was the height of the summer. They were very responsive to me. Overall, they did an excellent job and the doors look fantastic. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them.

Doug the estimator showed up right on time and listened to my needs and recommended a well rated garage door opener that fit all those needs. Cliff the installer was very professional and did a great job. the garage door works great!!

They came the same day I called to provide an estimate. We accepted and were given an installation date within the week. The installation was completed on the day that we were promised, Cliff did a very good job and cleaned up afterward. No complaints!

It was pretty good except that he didn't set up what I wanted to. He told me that I have to call my cable company to set the app to my phone to open on my phone, and I found out I didn't have to do that, go through Verizon phone to set it up. They kind of on a rush and skipped that part on it. Not a hundred percent. I'll give them four stars. The product is good. The only thing is the installation. They did the work pretty good. They came on time. They were good except the one thing that they couldn't set up the automatic opener on my phone for the garage. Now I never have the time to go and try to figure it out, but my friend had a garage door opener that was installed, the same one. And the guy said, "Did the guy set your phone to open the garage?" "No. You can't do this. You have to go to Verizon." "No. BS. I did it on my phone without going to Verizon." I was like, "Really?" I was kind of upset when I found out. The best part was to have my new garage door. It was quiet. The worst part, it was the part that he can't set my phone app to my open my garage door. Now if I wanna open my garage door right now, I can from my phone. And I am away. And I suppose I am able to open the garage door from New York. Price is good. I'll probably use them again, but next time if I use them, they have to set that up for me before they leave. If they say they can set it up and the device say you can set up on the phone, they should be able to set up as it was provided. If you say you can do it 100% and you just give 95%, there's 5% missing, right?

Bought a deal for garage door tune up...was having issues with door opening so they fixed my sensors and replaced springs as well. Would totally use again...really good job and arrived on time.

Ryan at Durable door had been referred to me during construction on our garage and quoted me a very good estimate including motor installation and keypad w/two remotes for a style we picked out. After a few reschedules his mechanic came out and flawlessly installed the door and motor.

Ryan promptly came to my house and gave me an estimate - even in the pouring rain. He was very professional and his price was very competitive. I asked him for advice as to what type of window would look best with the door style that I picked out and I am very glad that I took his advice. I am extremely happy with the door that was installed.
