Description of Work: We requested Certified Chimney to perform a repair on our damper in our fireplace and clean our chimney. Customer service was great. Confirmed the night before window of time for appointment and showed up in that window. Evan and Anthony were the technicians. Upon inspection Evan pointed out an issue with our oil burner chimney. He was very informative about what the issue was, took photos to show us and explained the necessary repair needed. The repairs were made. Evan explained the steps to correct each issue and was receptive to all my questions. The work was done in a professional manner, respecting my home, cleaning up all debris and dust. Evan also took the time to explain the warranties on both the damper and chimney sleeve. I would refer this company to others and use them again.
