Description of Work: Great service. Installers arrived on time and completed the job in the estimated time. The entire work areas were cleaned afterwards. Tarps were used to protect floors.

Went very well overall.
Description of Work: Home A/C unit quit during a heat wave. Called multiple service groups...none could respond in under 4+ days. Carrano was able to respond within 2 days. Expected the worst (blown compressor), but it turned out to be a capacitor. The technician was honest and courteous and had my unit back online within 1 hour. Would recommend Carrano. I know Carrano has been around for a number of years.

THEY DO A FAIRLY GOOD JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. WHEN I FIRST CALLED THEM THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND. THEY ALSO COMPLETED THE WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED A PANEL IN OUR FURNACE. WE HAVE A WARRANTY, SO IT WASN'T VERY EXPENSIVE.

THIS COMPANY REALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE GOOD. THEY DID THE WORK EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE. WE HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR FURNACE AT ALL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
