Answered call within 2.5 hours, estimated replacement of fill valve and radiator steam vent valve, performed work after showing estimate and after work was completed then explained I should replace the flapper. Provided work and finished entire job in an hour. I would suggest getting estimate before agreeing to work being finished to make sure work can't be done by you.

Vendor arrived as promised. Inspected failing plumbing & made necessary preparations to replace & bring up to code while remaining quite during the presence of small children.

Great responsiveness and service. 2 days worth of work performed after diagnosing the problem. Professional and knowledgable crew, cleaned up well. Price seemed reasonable. We needed to call them back because we had some cracking in the tub once the caulk dried (which they said might happen). They came right back and made the simple repairs immediately. I will definitely use them again for plumbing services.

The owner, Dennis, appreciates older homes and doesn't try to modernize them. He does everything he can to keep the original esthetics. They are honest. He puts extra energy in getting the proper handles and everything so they would look correct in my home. I would absolutely use them again.

At short notice, and to our convenience, Right One installed an outdoor gas pipe. We were having some work done in the basement and all the pipes were exposed so it provided a good opportunity to have this done. They added a t-section to an existing line and finished outside with an end cap and safety shut off. Everything went like clockwork, punctual, considerate and willing to work to our tricky schedule. As I was on a tight deadline I didnt have time to shop around for estimates from other companies, the price seemed fair.

Called Dennis on Thursday to get have someone perform a few simple repairs the following Monday when I had off. J came by mid-morning as promised. We had received a prior phone call he was on his way. J assessed the simple repairs and did them. He advised us on what would have been a more complicated repair. His advise necessitated a reconsideration on our part on how to proceed. We appreciated his honest feedback. Without it we could have spent money on repairs that would have been short-term at best. Given the excellent feedback other Angie's List folks had provided we were confident we would get that honesty from the start with Right One Plumbing.

They got the work done quickly and were very clean. They diagnosed the problem very rapidly and within 45 minutes the work was completed. Very personable and professional.

BRAVO!! Dennis and his staff were excellent from beginning to end. When I first purchased the house in August he came and provided me with a written estimate of all of the work I wanted and needed to get accomplished. He worked with me on the pricing and really helped me with the coordination with all of the other trades in the house. The staff showed up when they were suppose to and did an excellent job from beginning to the end. They were neat and clean throughout.

Right One Plumbing was quick to respond! Due to their quick response the problems were under control and water damage was minimal. They continually updated me on the status and progress of their work. FABULOUS Company! AWESOME service!

Woke up to get ready for work and heard this strange sound in my cellar only to go down and to find the hot water tank had burst. After getting the water turned off, I called Right One. I had no doubt that this is the plumbing company I wanted to call. I had already considered them "my plumber" after they previously did some major work with that I was very pleased with - I knew when I needed any other work, Right One Plumbing would be the one I would call. Even though it had been a bit of time since the last work, Dave remembered me. Was very short notice, so all I was expecting all they would be able to do the first day was just come and see what needed to be done. Instead, they not only arrived earlier then anticipated, were very pleasant and professional, already had the hot water tank with them, came in, installed, and cleaned up after. I'll be calling them again anytime I need work - I am very happy with them in every way.

From the start, Dennis was AWESOME! He came over, put his booties on :) , measured, did his best to figure where the leak was. Went up into the crawl space of the chimney in one of the access points we had and found the source of the leak, gave me an estimate. Made plans to come out a couple weeks later (based on my schedule). Him and Jason (who was also fantastic) came out... they were great!!! How ever, upon further inspection a few hour job (based on the estimate) turned into a mostly ALL day job beacuse one of the origional cast iron pipes in my chase of the chimney was cracked and they we unable to attach the new PVC coupling to it. Ultimately they ran a whole NEW pipe from the apt sink down to the second floor. Re-vented the apt sink to go up to the vent in the origional cast iron to the chimney and voila! He also recommend a plaster/ mason guy that he has used on many jobs before that I am meeting with soon to get the damaged walls, ceiling and masonry fixed from the leak. I should note my house was built in 1872 and I am the second owner. While we did put over $100,000 into the house after purchase and DID do alot of new plumbing, there are always those other issues that arrise years later. He knew his way inside and out in this old house and knew just how to over come the new issue that showed up mid-job. Thank you again guys! Can't wait to finally fix this mess! VERY HIGHLY reccomend them!!!!

If you have an older, hard to fix, hard to find parts, home, Denis at Right One Plumbing is the guy for you! After coming to look at our "vintage" bathtub which was in need of a new stem (the original one was broken and not replacable as it was from the early 1900's) and had a broken porcelain cold water handle Denis did everything possible to help me in my quest to buy original parts to maintain the authentic look of the bathroom. The job was well done and entailed a lot which neither of us expected but Denis got it done and our bathtub is back up and running. I have used Right One numerous times and they are always courteous, professional and punctual.

kNeeded to get a dishwasher installed in an old house after being told by place I purchased it that it was outside what they would cover with their installation service. Called around 9am, showed up around noon the same day, did the work right then. Have seen any problems (such as leaks), everything works like I would expect, and the work was neat and tidy. Also asked him to hook up my gas dryer while he was there and not only did he connect the dryer, he also updated the gas cutoff so I wouldn't need a wrench to turn it off for no extra charge. I will definitely be calling them again

All work was done in a very timely fashion and cleaned up completely.

They did a very good job with this project. I ended up getting an extended warranty to go along with the install. I have had them out a few times in the past. One time we had some water in our basement but the guy who came out did not charge as it was nothing major. They did not try to pressure us to do anything we did not need.

I was very pleased with the work as he explained everything he would be doing. He was very professional and very nice to work with at my home.

I was very pleased. So far so good - time will really tell if we have another winter like the one we just had but for now I am not anticipating any problems. Dennis took the time to take my initial call and spend the time to listen to my problem, scheduled a time to come take a look at what needed to be done and showed up on day and time stated. Went over everything that needed to be done in a clear manner and believed he knew exactly what he was talking about. Did the work very timely afterwards. Clear he took pride and concern in the work he performed and didn't stop or hesitate to do what needed to be done until it was done right. I was truly happy with the service and Dennis - I would not and will not hesitate to call in the furture for any work that needs to be done - have another job that needs to be done when the weather gets a bit nicer and I will be calling then.

Awesome experience. Answered phone my first call. Was able to replace my sump pump according to my schedule. Dennis was running a bit late (my appointment was during a virtual monsoon) but actually called to tell me he was running late rather than just showing up late. Super friendly, clean, and was able to complete the job quickly. Right One is the Right One, when looking for a plumber.

Excellent work! House is 50+ years and piping was original and showing its age - leaking into the basement. I called Dennis, he came to see what I wanted/needed done, gave me an estimate & came w/i 2 days to do the work. All fixtures are now working perfectly. The plumbers arrived at 9 am & worked continually until job was done at about 2:30 pm. He had to drill a new hole to place the outside faucet where I wanted it moved & neatly repaired the old hole. Very neat, cleaned up everything. Very professional; explained what was done. Price & estimate were the same! Overall, a very positive experience.
