It was an emergency call on Sunday. We had water dripping from the ceiling. Jason came in an hour, found and fixed the problem. Very professional.

Appointment for estimate got cancelled and we were not even notified. After asking why, they claimed they were to busy and asked for upfront payment to schedule a fresh appointment for an estimate. We deemed them as very unprofessional and gave the business to another company.

Being the first cold wave of the season they could not come immediately but said that I could easily fix the problem myself. I was given the part name and the place to buy it from. I bought the part for $9 and spent 20 minutes in changing it. The gas burner is back on and I saved perhaps $200. Is there any other company that would provide you with such service at their own loss?

3 hours on-site. Some difficulty diagnosing the boiler fault. But correct repair was made once diagnosed.

Very well. Dennis came out and gave us two options for the job, so we could choose which worked for us. Prices for each option were very competitive. His guys were terrific - pleasant and professional. They were there when they said they would be and stayed late to finish the job in one day. We have used Right One Plumbing many times in the past (old house, multiple plumbing issues) and they have never let us down. We'd recommend them every time.

We called mid-morning and left a voice mail. We got a call back about noon and within an hour Jason was at the house assessing the jobs. He gave us an estimate which seemed reasonable and with our go-ahead proceeded. He was pleasant, very professional, everything was left clean and he showed and explained to my husband everything he had done.

Our water heater broke overnight. Found good reviews on Right One Plumbing and gave them a call and left a message. They got back to us right away and were able to get to us, on a Saturday, within 2 hours. We were told who was coming and when and they knew the details of the water in our town (high pressure from the curb) as well as offering to put our heater on blocks because they knew there is flooding in our area. They were very polite, cleaned up extremely well and most importantly did a great job with the install. We had them come back a week later to work on our bathroom faucets and will continue to use them going forward.

Excellent job. Diagnosed an issue that others could not and fixed it at much less than it could have been. They do not upsell. Very honest and thorough job. Highly recommended!

On the morning of Christmas Eve, I discovered that both sump pumps had failed in my basement and there was about an inch of water on the floor. I called my usual plumber and left a message. I was concerned about finding someone given the holidays, so I then I looked up plumbers on Angie's List and found that Right One had good reviews. I called and Dennis answered. He said he would check on availability of staff and called me back in 15 minutes to let me know he had someone who would arrive shortly. They guy was at my house about a half hour later. He was joined by a second plumber who finished up the job for him. Both were nice and very professional. I would recommend them.

On Saturday 12/5 I phoned the company for an estimate on a sink drain leak. We agreed to a 12/10/2015 appointment. On 12/10, the gentleman came and I showed him the problem.He explained there was a pipe that was cut, which was allowing the sink waste to spill out onto the deck. I explained, believing it was unnecessary, I cut the PVC pipe that once occupied that space where the water was spilling over. He then told me he would need to snake the line, which would cost me 185.00, before he would be able to provide me an estimate. I raised a concern about being charge $185.00 before he would be able to provide an actual cost to fix the issue. I explained, I could snake the drain myself, or I could call another plumbing service provider who in the past had charged me 80.00 to snake my Kitchen drain. My concern, if after he snaked drain at a cost of 185.00 but we didn?t agree on his cost to fix the issue. I would have spent DOUBLE the normal and customary cost for the service and my problem would still be apparent, so he told me he didn?t want the job and left without as much as an attempt to negotiate a fair price DESPITE the fact that he was also aware of the other vendors prices. So the only reason I can see for this is my race. He saw the melanin and it was a problem. The melanin in my skin, never stopped me from hiring and paying any other repair professionals ?even when they didn?t do the job correctly, and it will not preclude my ability to hire and pay a fair price to any other service professional. Several years ago, I was warned by another building contractor that SOME contractors when they see you are a person of color they will raise their prices, apparently this is the case in this interaction. I do not expect a ?hook up? but rather to be treated fairly. As a seasoned professional myself, I know know the difference between when I am being treated fairly verses when I am not being treated fairly. The thing that really disturbs me, my initial interaction with him on 12/5 when he and I spoke at great length about the additional repairs and my desire to also get an estimate for a the Master bathroom remodel. I guess like most, he was surprised when e had the opportunity to place a voice to a face. Using the CODE, they will lie and site something other reason when they refute this review, and I am prepared for lie. Nevertheless, I will continue to point out these biases as they are uncovered. So you are reading this and don't believe racism is alive and well in America, well then ask anti-racism activist and writer Tim Wise.

We bought a new home and the drain backed up into the basement. I called late in the day someone was here first thing next day. I paid the amount quoted they found baby wipes from previous owner in the drain. Guaranteed work. 30 days later same issue. Came back out the morning after the call, the tech was a little late found Charmin to be the issue. The first trip they said guaranteed not to back up for 6 months. We discontinued use of Charmin and have not had an issue since. We also had a kitchen sink clog last spring. Again they came out in a timely manner, charged a fair price, and fixed the sink. This is the person in my rolodex now for plumbing issues.

Very responsive - answered when I called and sent someone out to provide an estimate within a few hours. Worked with me on service/pricing, and then did the repair work. Did a great job!

We discovered on Thursday night that we had no hot water. I called Dennis early Friday morning and he squeezed me in that same day even though he was busy. Our hot water heater hasn't been serviced for several years; Dennis did some cleaning and resetting. The job was done fast and didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Right One Plumbing came to our home promptly, brought and installed the new hot water heater and explained its features. He removed the old unit from our home. His work was neat and clean and we were very satisfied.

We called Right One at approx 9am. Dennis answered the phone and was very polite. He diagnosed the problem and gave two estimates and noted that he would have someone at the house within 3-4 hours. Rite One arrived at 1230pm, took their time snaking the main drain and remained in the house while all the faucets and showers were running to make sure back ups didnt occur anymore. The exact price was the one quoted over the phone. Right One is prompt, professional and provided excellent service. I will absolutely use them again.

Spoke to Dennis O'Neill (principal at Right One) at about noon to arrange for our annual heating system check for the coming winter. He called back at about 1PM, to set up a same-day appointment.. Technician arrived at about 2PM, and was done by 3PM, All went well, and we got a heads-up about a potential parts replacement for next year. Dennis O'Neill at Right One has been doing the plumbing and heating work in our home for about 25 years. I see no reason to change that,

As always, the process was flawless! I have used Right One Plumbing several times through the past 5 years. As executrix of my father's estate, I was left his property ownership business to run. Dennis from Right One Plumbing has always been there to answer my calls and dispatch a repairman as soon as necessary. The work is always completed quickly, flawlessly and economically. If necessary Dennis will call with several options and costs.

How did it go? It couldn't have gone any better. Dennis was very good in the emergency when he heard the panic in my voice. Jose got here quickly and he was very understanding, even though we were in a panic. He had to cut a hole in the wall to get to the pipe. He had to work while on top of the washing machine (we couldn't move it.) He was able to do the job in less than an hour. He explained everything and was very through. He cleaned up the area well. We would like to have him back at a scheduled appointment for another job.

I've used Dennis, the owner, and Jay multiple times for jobs large (like building whole new bathroom in the attic and running all the lines to the basement) and small. Consistently does a great job, knowledgeable, very punctual and detail -oriented. And they clean after themselves!

The workers were pleasant. They left the area okay when they were done.

Replied very quickly. Unfortunately, quote was on the high-end of approx. 6 quotes I received. However, I appreciate the response and quote as some never responded and some refused to give a quote over the phone/message.

Excellent service from beginning to end. What started as just a simple leak turned into a full gutting, as Dennis and his team explained that the awful-quality shower we had originally simply couldn't be salvaged. Instead, they ripped out the old shower and built in a much better stall, including all of the construction, carpentry, electric and plumbing required. They handled all of the permits, they kept us updated at all times on schedule, they worked with us to handle our needs and they delivered a final project that we're extremely pleased with. Everyone that Dennis contracted was professional, courteous and skilled, and the shower that we have now (and love) reflects that. While this is hopefully the biggest plumbing project we will need for a while, we'll certainly call Right One for any plumbing needs we have.

I called them to: 1. take a look on a small leak. They quoted over 300 which included mostly labor and a plastic joint to be replaced. The plumber who actually did the job charged me half this price! 2. change sink faucet for a new one. They quoted over 270 just for labor as I had already bought the faucet, which by the way costed cheaper than what they were charging for labor.

They were good. They were pleasant and very clear with what they were doing. They were local. They were reasonably priced compared to others. I liked the person. The price was average.
