Called provider to schedule a whole home electrical inspection and also informed the provider that I had an actual electrical outage issue, which was that the bedroom light fixtures were all non-operable upon my return from vacation. The service provider was very professional, helped me out even on the phone with talking about how I could obtain and redeem the Angie's list special offer. The provider called to reconfirm the appointment and the service provider's representative showed up on time, the scheduled day. The on site provider was polite, personable, and exceptionally professional. His knowledge and experience was evident in all his answers and his actions. He did the inspection, troubleshot the electrical outage, gave me several repair options, helped advice me on the benefits of each one, and implemented the solution I selected. He answered all my questions thoroughly and even did a load test on the repaired circuit after the repair to allay my concerns. After all of that, the costs (which he provided an estimate in advance of doing the work) were reasonable, and fair. I moved to the suburbs 2 years ago and this was the first time I had a professional treatment on the phone and in person and had service provided at a reasonable price, in a timely and professional manner by a person who I felt confident about their skill and capability.

It all went well. The electrician was very helpfull. He was professional and competent. He explained to me what I needed to have done to correct some problem areas in the near future. He did not have enough time to do more extensive diagnosis since we had only two hours (I purchased a $99. special fom Angie's list).

They did inspect the problem for which I hired them for and they also gave some recommendations on other issues regarding the voltage on the earth line. I did hire another electrician to cross check on their opinion and they were right. The price was reasonable and they were responsive and punctual.

Very well. The inspector Neil was punctual. His inspection was thorough. He explained what he was doing as he went along. When he was done he clearly explained what needed to be done to get up to code. He answered all my questions.

OK. Did not inspect the electrical outlets..also did not go into the electrical panel; checked all smoke alarms, ac/heater. Provided a list of minor things to repair. It was OK for the price. Provided an estimate for few minor things - which was I thought lot more than market price (quotes such as $99 each for a smoke/CO alarm) and said office will follow up if I wanted it done. They never followed up.

I'm an true thrilled that I used this voucher. Justin came over and was ready with his tools and clipboard to inspect my home. First thing he addressed was any concerns that I had. I told him some of the issues that were obvious and he took notes. He then performed the inspection. Checking outlets and switches, inspected the electrical panel and he pointed out approximately how old the panel is and how it had be wired by the previous owner. He was very knowledgeable. He made a few quick fixes since he had to access the panels. I must say, I am very happy and I highly recommend First Class Electric. He also provided me a quote of some work I need done and I must say it is fairly priced. I am definitely using their services again. Kudos to Justin! Purchased the $99 for two hours of electrical service. They scheduled me in a timely manner and the electician arrived within the time they specified. He was professional, knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I felt the work completed with in the two hours and the estimate provided for additional work was fair, so I paid for the additional work. Also got an estimate on work I will be doing in the future. I would use them again and request Justin, the electrician that completed my work.

It was very well. The technician is on time and easy to communicate. I originally only asked him to do an inspection, however he found some hidden issues and fixed the issue immediately. I am very happy with the service and would certainly hire the company again in the future.

Neil my electrician was very friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. He did the work I needed done and along the way explained everything to me. He was very conscientious and very clean. I was extremely satisfied and I definitely got my monies worth. I would definitely use First Class Electric again if the need arises. First Class Electric and Neil were first class.

They were very good. They were excellent. The guy came on time and did the work. He checked it out before he left. There were no issues. We miscommunicated about something so he, without any questioning, he just switched over what I wanted. That was more of me not giving him the right information than him not understanding. They were very good and very quick. They were very professional.

I would give First Class Electric all A's. The owner came out in a storm and stayed there in the wind and the rain until it was up and working so that I could have my oxygen.
