Description of Work: Had to replace the faucets and spout for my bathtub . They were old And the handles kept spinning around so I could not turn the water off. |Wayne took everything off, fixed my pipes , and connected everything back up with the new hardware that I had purchased. |Now everything looks new and working like a charm!

Description of Work: They fixed the seal on the toilet tank. The service was good except there was some ambiguity about the appointment time. When I initially called, it was to be between 1 and 4 that day and was told they would call me when they were 30 minutes away. I did not get a call and they arrived at 4:15. Other than that slight miscommunication, everything else went well.

Description of Work: Replaced toilet and rebuilt tank on another toilet - labor only. The plumber was good but very slow. The firm is a hourly rate firm versus a job rate firm therefore there is no incentive to be quick but on the whole the hourly rate was better for me in this case.

Description of Work: It was a pleasure doing business with a company that stands behind thier word. The young man they sent out knew how to fix both my issues and did so with deligence. Wittmaier will now be my plumber from now on and I have recommended them to my family. It's great knowing I am working with a company that has been around over 30 years and proved to be an honest company.

Description of Work: The technician was good and did the job as expected, but the billing was suspect. The work was billed from the time he called me that he was on his way to my house to 10 minutes after he finished the bill, having spent ten minutes in his truck after he finished the work before he brought me the (brief) write up of the work, from which he said the office would bill me. The other contractor with whom I was meeting at the time was as surprised as I was as to the timing and billing issue, as the service technician stated that they round out on hours. As it was I paid an additional half hour of 'labor', which I find an unacceptable practice.

Description of Work: We had a plumbing back-up in the basement that required a full snake of the pipes leading to the outside. As new home owners of only 2 weeks we had no idea where many of the pipes led to or where everything that they needed access to was. The man that came out for the job was so patient and kind. It was a difficult job and he spent several hours determining what the issue was and where to access everything in order to clear it out. He was so polite and did not lose his patience at all. He explained everything as he went along and even took off his shoes every time he entered the house so that dirt didn't get tracked into our new house. My mother-in-law was there and was so impressed that she has started referring this company to her real estate colleagues. I hope that all of our plumbing problems are resolved for awhile but I would not hesitate to call this company again if we had another problem. I also want to mention how nice the people answering the phones are as well. This happened to be the third company I called to get someone in ASAP and I knew as soon as she answered that this was the company for me. A pleasant greeting and nice manners go a long way. You can tell that this company cares and takes pride in their work.

Description of Work: Replaced vanity faucet, pop-up drain and ''trap'' section of pipe. Replaced inside workings of toilet tank, and shutoff valve at base of toilet. Took a look at where water line enters the house to check feasibility of installing whole-house shutoff.
