Description of Work: Won't service in a historic neighborhood 5 minutes from them simply because it's in Camden. This is a common south jersey problem so Angies List needs to have these vendors post a disclaimer: WILL NOT SERVICE CAMDEN EVEN THOUGH NO GEOGRAPHICAL OBSTACLES

Description of Work: I don't have the exact date, but it was done in 2013. Sewer Pump for basement bathroom was rusted out resulting in it overflowing. Their representative removed the pump and showed it to me so I would understand the problem. He had to go to a plumbing store to pick up the new pump (and he checked to see who provided what I needed at the best price) picked it up and installed it. He was extremely professional and informative. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: our hot water heater that was installed 1999 - started leaking @ night. I called, they came out right away, shut the valve off. The leak wasn't too bad and said it should hold over night, and if it didn't they gave me an emergency number. Came back first thing in the morning and replaced the unit. Was very pleased.

Description of Work: Replaced a sump pump with a new main pump and a new water generated back up emergency pump. This is the third time I have used Sheridan to perform a plumbing service for me, that is how much I respect their work.

Description of Work: I had scheduled and confirmed an appointment with Mr. Sheridan at 8 am (no time slot) the day before. After 40 minutes of waiting I had to call Mr. Sheridan to ask him where he was. He informed me there was another emergency he had to attend to. A simple phone call letting me know he was not going to be able to make my appointment or was running late would have been the considerate and professional thing to do. Especially since I was a potential new customer in the area. I cannot comment on the price or quality of work but what was described above was enough for me to never use this company's service.

Description of Work: Sheridan Plumbing & Heating cleaned the drain in my sink.

Description of Work: I have been very pleased with them. I got up one morning and something happened by the dishwasher and there was a puddle of water in front of it. The original piping burst and they had to replace 3 floors of piping. I had to go on a trip and I was comfortable enough to get them my keys to let them finish the work while I wasn’t there. I then also had them redo my bathroom because I was so pleased with them the first time. I went away again and gave them my keys and everything worked our beautifully. They are very professional and I would highly recommend them.
