I called WaterMac for a quick fix in my newly renovated bathroom because the original contractor was out of the country. The claw foot bathtub water supply line was leaking but since it was one of those chrome straight lines they figured it was easier to replace it with a cheap Home Depot flexible hose, even after I asked them to fix the original. I wasn't home at that time and I learned from my mom what they were doing, they wouldn't communicate with me. Then they proceeded to bill me $110 for service fee, $35 for 20 minute labor and $13.11 for a $4 water line from HD. I had no option but to pay so I could get these rude people out of my house. Now I have a hideous, mismatching water line in my bathtub. I would not recommend.

The work was acceptable, however, their pricing was insane. They charged me $144.46 for a part Home Depot sells for $64.83. Did I mention their labor rate/ Doctors would love to be paid as such! Avoid this plumber at all costs!

WaterMac was quick to respond and worked around my schedule. They arrived on time and changed the outdoor water hose bib quickly. It was a little more complicated since they had to crawl into a very narrow crawlspace to disconnect the old leaky faucet, but the were able to handle it with no problem. I recommend them highly.

They were prompt in coming for an estimate; scheduled the job quickly; they arrived on time and worked neatly. The final bill was under the estimate. Workers were polite and respectful I would hire them again

Came quickly to assess problem. Arrived the following day to install new stack pipe that was cracked behind sheet rock wall. Connected new stack pipe at basement lateral pipe. Minimal work needed to replace sheet rock. Job well done.
